This is the third cream cheesecake recipe.
I feel good these days, storing my refrigerator with a lot of cream cheese.
So, again, I made the cheesecake recipe carefully.
The third dessert is the no-bake strawberry cheesecake. Delicious dessert with plenty of strawberries. I put my favorite chocolate decoration here. It's a tiara decoration.
I had made it when I was addicted to chocolate, but it is almost forgotten in my memory. You can see this in my old chocolate decoration video, and at that time, many people wondered how to make a tiara.
So, I thought it would be perfect for this pink strawberry cake, so I made it again. This fairy-tale visual is like a princess's tiara on top of pink velvet.
This pinky image went very well with the strawberry flavor and the soft cream cheese texture.

Ingredients
♥︎ Cream cheese filling
160g cream cheese
30 g sugar
50 g white chocolate
160g heavy cream
12g lemon juice
4g gelatin for the base cream cheese filling
Strawberry puree 60g (Simmer 100g fresh strawberry + 35g sugar for 10-12 minutes)
2.5g gelatin for strawberry cream cheese filling
12 mall strawberries
Adjust the amount of strawberry cream cheese filling according to the size of the strawberry.

I made it with the amount of ingredients below and baked it in an 18cm (7inch) cake pan.
95g egg whites (about 3 eggs)
90 g sugar
25g egg yolk (about 1.5 eggs)
90 g cake flour
22g unsalted butter
30 g milk
2g vanilla extract

@@noobstar200 I saw in another video she called them "leaf gelatin". I've never seen them before watching this channel so if they're not at a store for you, maybe you can order them online. I'd try the dessert/baking aisle at your local stores first, whatever aisle Jell-o is sold on :)
I was reading the subtitles in English and since I have shaky hands too, I was waiting for the advice about 'not breathing' (which is true!) Absolutely divine 😍❤️. I made a 10" for my daughter's 5th birthday and we all agree it's by far the most delicious cheesecake ever. It looks so beautiful inside and out and the different tastes of strawberry cheesecake, sponge cake and cream cheese mixture. Cheesecake has always been our love but this just tops all! I used blender/processor to shred the sponge cake as using a sieve was very time-consuming lol. Thank you Joconde, you are terrific

지금 금방 이 케잌 만들어서 아침 공복에 시식했어요 !!!.. 3월에 절친 딸 생일에 만들어주겠다고 약속을 턱 해 놓고는 너무 걱정이 되서...미리 연습..ㅎㅎ.... 8센티 미니 무스링 (높이가 낮아서 두개 겹쳐서 ㅎㅎ)에 어제밤에 치즈 크림 필링 해서 냉동실에 넣어놓고는 밤새 잠이 안왔어요. 기대되서.. 아침에 일어나자마자 물도 안마시고 아이싱하고 빵가루 뿌리고요. 연습이라 티아라는 안만들고 빵도 그냥 하얀색이에요 .. 그래도 넘 넘 맛있고 귀여워요. 무스링 이용한 케잌은 처음인데 레몬과 크림치즈가 딸기와 만나 산뜻하고 향긋하고~~` 너무 신나서 바로 이 긴 댓글 쓰고 있어요....ㅎㅎ.. 무엇보다 너무 좋은 레시피 너무 너무 고맙습니다~~~!!!................그런데 ...질문이 있어요... 냉동실에서 꺼낸지 얼마 안된 케잌을 자르려니까 딸기가 땡땡 얼어서...힘으로 자르긴 했는데 ㅎㅎㅎ.. 원래는 다시 냉장실에서 기다렸다가 먹어야 하겠지요? ... 그리고 마지막 아이싱하는 치즈크림이 필링으로 두번째로 들어간 크림이랑 같은 크림 맞나요? 영상에서는 굉장히 부드러워보이고 색깔도 좀 더 하얗게 보여서요... 제 거는 하루 밤 케잌 얼리는 사이에 남은 치즈크림이 냉장고에서 나오니까 젤라틴 성분 때문인지 되게 쫀쫀해져 있어서 잘 안발리는 느낌이 들어서요. 어차피 위에 빵가루 뿌릴 거라 별 상관 없긴 하지만... 제가 젤라틴 사용이 처음이라 서툴러서 케잌 먹다보니까 젤라틴이 뭉쳐서 쫄깃쫄깃 씹혔어요. ㅎㅎ.. 물에서 짜고 렌지에서 돌린 후 섞을 때 진짜 잘 섞어야 하나봐요.. 그래서 크림이 더 쫄깃했나 싶기고 하고.. 좀 상온에 내놓아서 부드러워질 때까지 기다렸다가 발라야 하나 싶기도 하고 그래요....`암튼 무스 케잌이 이렇게 또 매력이 크니 6호 무스링 주문해야 할까봐요.. 그럼 7호 케잌 팬도 또 주문해야 하고.. ㅋㅋ.. 정말 빠져드네요. ㅎㅎ ... 넘 길게 혼자 주절 주절 죄송해요~~~^-^""

너무 열심히 만들어주셨는데 몇가지 오해가있군요~~~. ㅜㅜ
딸기만 넣은 분홍 크림 부분은 표면이 살짝 굳을 때까지만 냉동실에 잠시 넣어두는거에요. 다음 크림을 넣어도 섞이지 않을 만큼만 굳히는거죠. ^^
다 된 케이크를 6시간 동안 냉장실에 넣는거고요. 그리고 40분정도 넣어서 위 옆 표면만 더 단단히 굳히는거에요. 아마도 딸기까지 얼지 않을거에요.
그게 아니라면 제 냉동고의 능력이 딸리는것 이거나. 님의 냉동실이 냉동 능력이 좋은것 같아요. ㅜㅜ 저는 40분동안 냉동실에 넣어두었을 때 케이크가 속까지 얼지 않거든요.
그리고 겉에 바르는것은 그 케이크의 흰 크림이 아니고요. 휘핑한 생크림이에요. 그 부분은 영상에도 8:44 나와있어요. ^^;; 젤라틴의 경우 온도가 중요해요. 젤라틴을 뜨거운 딸기즙에 녹이고요, 너무 뜨겁지않은 상태 한 30~35도로 식힌 후 본 크림치즈 반죽을 120그람만 덜어서 젤라틴부분과 골고루 섞어요. 다시 본 반죽을 모두 넣어서 아주 골고루 섞어요. 일단 한번 온도 충격을 주었기 때문에 상온에서 잘 굳지않고 매끄럽게 섞일거에요.
아유 어쩌죠. 제가 더욱 명확하게 해놓지 않아서 님께서 시행착오가 있으셨네요. 열심히 편집한다고 하는데 간혹 오해들이 생겨요. 아무듷 맛있게 드셨다면 다음에도 한번 더 만들어 보세요. 그리고 언제든 질문해 주세요. 제가 답해드리겠습니다. 설 명절 잘 쇠시고 계속 해피 베이킹 해요~~~^^

China Grass is stronger than gelatin and is not a good replacement. It's hard to tell because I can't know the exact amount. I'm sorry.
