American college football coach Ted Lasso heads to London to manage AFC Richmond, a struggling English Premier League football team.
Ted Lasso is an American sports comedy-drama television series developed by Jason Sudeikis, Bill Lawrence, Brendan Hunt and Joe Kelly, based on a character Sudeikis first portrayed in a series of promos for NBC Sports' coverage of England's Premier League.[2] The show follows Ted Lasso, an American college football coach who is hired to coach an English soccer team with the secret intention that his inexperience will lead it to failure, but whose folksy, optimistic leadership proves unexpectedly successful.
The first season of ten episodes premiered on Apple TV+ on August 14, 2020, with three episodes followed by weekly installments.[3] A second season of 12 episodes premiered on July 23, 2021.[4][5][6] In October 2020, the series was renewed for a third season,[7] which will premiere on March 15, 2023.[8]
The series has received critical acclaim, with particular praise for its performances (particularly Sudeikis, Hannah Waddingham, and Brett Goldstein), humor, writing, themes, and uplifting tone. Among other accolades, its first season was nominated for 20 Primetime Emmy Awards, becoming the most nominated first-season comedy in Emmy Award history. Sudeikis, Waddingham and Goldstein won for their performances, and the series won the 2021 Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Comedy Series. Sudeikis also won the Golden Globe Award for Best Actor - Television Series Musical or Comedy and the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Comedy Series.

I LOVE your reactions. "This was suppose to be a fun comedy." That's why I started watching it, too. I needs some good laughs. But the show is so good, it's worth the FEELS!!!
Sharon was hired for the season and the season is over, they only have 1 last match to play, so she's leaving.
About Banksy. I watched that episode myself this week and I got curious about that guy, so I looked it up and the actor is credited as himself, not as Banksy. So that means that Akufo hired him as an actor to play Banksy in his fake museum visitors crowd. Why did he do that? I have no idea.
im always surprised that people are surprised it was nate that was the source when trent reveals that. i didnt thing he even needed to say it. there were only a handful of people who even knew right. It obviously wasnt going to be Beard or Roy
@Joli yea, i get that. i literally just watched this for the first time the other day and i guess i was beginning to hate nate so much that when i saw this, there was no other option as to who it was just because so few people knew that there were only a few options to begin with and based on Nate's arc i just didnt see any other option. I was actually surprised when trent named him because i just assumed everyone knew by that point and we were meant to infer it.
Rebecca didn’t break up with Sam because she “doesn’t want a good man”, she doesn’t want to be in a relationship right now, period. If she’s not willing to date sam she’s obviously not willing to date anyone right now
Another good comedy that has some dramatic moments is Shrinking on Apple TV. Also Schitt's Creek is truly the best.

It's crazy how "Beard After Hours" is like most people's worst episode, but there's people like me that thought it was the best (until 3x11 happened).

I hated the it at first, but the more I rewatched it, the more I came to appreciate it, and now it's one of my absolute favorite episodes! Also, I've come to love the three pub regulars in it.
