What a rendition! Thank you for sticking to ghazal format. The play "he bandh Reshmache" is based on two friends during India's partition. Many people sing this song in "veer ras" showing their "gayakee" which is completely wasted here. Even Panditji has sung it in a very soulful way touching the heart of a listener with the pain portrayed in obvious but subtle way. Your expression is perfect with the right support of sur and inherent beauty of Bhimpalasi.

The 2:20-2:40 phrases were soooo imaginative! Vasantrao ji ki yaad aa gayi! And the sudden Carnatic turn around 3:50! Brief hint of tappa anga around 14:00, or the Abhisheki-bua's 'ghei chhand' sort of vivaadi, which sounds rather Blues-esque here, around 14:25. Work of genius. Maza aa gaya. One is also reminded of 'nainon mein badra chhaye'.
