For Donald’s staff I love the design of astrolabe, magicians wand+ and heartless maul there design is cute and cool. For goofys shield the clockwork shield, aegis shield and the storm anchor has a cool design. They really have improve on weapons
The nirvana has a small little bird on the top of the staff which kind of resembles a chocobo I guess? The colour scheme for the plus version could be a loose reference to Yuna's ultimate staff in Final Fantasy X as it's also called the Nirvana

Very neat and comprehensive overview of these weapons, I don't think I've seen any videos touching upon stuff that would easily be overlooked (like hit particles effects for ally weapons)! It makes me appreciate even more the work done in designing these weapons and their FX
i know youve probably been asked this a bit, but do you plan on doing a keyblades video for DDD? i can imagine that itd be the last easily doable set of keyblades since its much smaller and each has lots of talkable points, unlike UX or Days. either way i really like your content and hope you keep it up!
I wonder if the reason for Goofy getting less bonuses on weapons is that he is generally more useful (vs donald maybe doing "wrong" magic.. I forget if he actually does) so to balance it he doesn't get extra stuff unless you work for it

Nirvana was also the name of Yuna's Celestial Weapon in FFX (which was ALSO a staff).
I think the hit effect of the Nirvana is a loose reference to lotus leaves which makes sense because Nirvana and all that

The nobody shield seems to leave the biohazard sigil as an after effect on hit
When i beat the game i kept goofy's clockwork shield the whole game because i was too lazy to buy him a new one or synthesize a better one
