Nice recipe, thank you for sharing. I like to steam fish in foil in the oven. For example filet of trout, with fennel, herbs, slices of lemon, pepper and salt. Or a filet of salmon, with small baby potatoes, lemon zest, salt, pepper and garlic. There are endless possibilities.
