So good for hangovers. 2 bowls of that before bed after a long night of drinking. 😂 No Hangovers
Good to know 😅
Make sure not to boil the miso soup as it kills the probiotics in it and also make sure you get a small strainer to get the clumps out of the miso even if you think it does not have lumps 😊 tip* if you check the ingredients and you see it has no dashi/kombu make sure you make a broth with kombu or the powder you used and boil with bonito flakes
Thank you for your tips 👍 will try a mesh strainer next time
no i like the clumps
@@oscarthagrouch I was just it to people how like their miso soup without clumps ☺️
American. And I just made miso soup. I felt a cold coming on. It was 😋.
Hope you’re feeling better. Soup is so good when you’re under the weather 🤧
Thanks this is so simple but looks delicious. I can't wait to try it. 😊
You are most welcome! Hope you like it as much as we do 😊
Such a soothing voice it's so relaxing ❤
Thank you 😊
Now i know what granulaat dashi for.. txs!!
You are most welcome 👍
I could it the 4 bowls my self 😀
That’s what my son Owen says 😅
I love Miso souupp
Love this quick recipe idea. May I ask what type of tofu firmness is best for this quick recipe? Is that a white miso paste? What brand dried Wakame do you like? TY!
I like using soft tofu and yes it’s white miso paste 👍
Hi what can I add instead of Dashi? I want that umami flavour but it’s not available where I live.
I’ve used fish bones and fins etc after I’ve fillet them to make the soup stock. Requires a little more time and effort but beautiful umami flavour
Any chance of oyster sauce or chicken broth? Also, thank you so much for replying.
Can you make this in a crockpot
I normally use my crockpot to makes soups that take a longer to to cook or stews but this is not one of them…it’s actually super fast to make
What kind of tofu should we use? Thank you
I like to use medium firm and/or soft tofu
First time I was able to know how make miso soup, most tutoring video, so complicated, they talk too much and dont teach anything. Thanks for recipe.
You are most welcome so glad you found it helpful 👍❤️
Yummy im a big fan of japan
Is it vegan or vegetarian? (Unless neither)
Dashi is usually made from fish, but vegetable dashi, based on mushrooms is available.
How much water? I need an answer now! Please
Please can you slow down, so I can learn how to make it.
I had miso soup years ago. I didn't like. Maybe not made the way others might make better.
Go to Japan and try it there. A bowl of miso soup, rice, piece of broiled fish and small salad is perhaps the best breakfast I've ever had
U just destroyed it by boiling 😂
Yes I realized that hence this video 👉👉th-cam.com/video/4cQXIkj25Kw/w-d-xo.htmlsi=3FolaLWPmFvC-E5k
Il ne faut pas faire bouillir la soupe.
LLove the way you pronounce your Ls
If I had a power it would be tasting videos
Yes me too! Taste and smell 👍
Do you have to soak the wakame first or can you just add the dry wakame in?
I add it dry, opens and cooks in seconds (at least the ones I use)
Tried it but dont know how much seaweed i need to put so i put 10g and cant finish the seaweed welp lesson learned
I put about 1-2 tbsp dried wakame
@@FullHappyBelly I see
What type of miso do you use?
For this soup I use white miso paste…like Hikari Miso Organic White Paste
Ye will thanks you
Mmmm so good I always love to slice some cherry tomatoes into mines.
dont boil the dry wakame.. they aren't meant to boil, just soak in water, then put in hot water...
I read that dashi granules contain msg. Is there a homemade version of miso soup?
Msg is not inherently bad unless you have a genuine sensitivity but its not a common to have.
@gabberdoo2180 You are not answering my question. So before MSG was invented, how did Japanese make miso soup?
You can make a fish stock with fish bones and head after you fillet it. No waste and adds flavour to the miso soup
@@GoogleUser-td1ic sorry, i made a wrong assumption
@@GoogleUser-td1icBasically, Japanese people use kombu and katsuobushi for miso soup dashi.
I'm sorry if my intention was different from what you said.
No good procedure, you are innceserenly going talking way too fast. Why ? Not a good video. Sorry.
You realize this is a short, not a video right? You must be 50 years old or you've been living under a rock lol
