This is my favourite Lovage song, so beautiful and with great lyrics and those harmonies are stunning, I thought you would like this one, it's one of the more simpler songs on the album, anyway, glad you enjoyed this, thank you for the reaction ❤️
@finger speak Yes l have many times, pretty much the same kind as you, just hanging out, I forget all the details as soon as I go back to sleep and I'm pretty sure I've had somw weird ones too, we should experiment with different songs and see what kind of dreams we get lol
It is worth digging into Dan the Automator’s catalog. You’ve got Doctor Octagon with Cool Kieth. There is also Deltron 3030 with Del the funky Homosapien. Of course there is one of my favorites, Handsome Boy Modeling School which is a production collab with Prince Paul and features multiple vocalists across two albums.(It should be no surprise that Patton is featured on one of the songs.) Who knows! You may be familiar with one or some of those projects.
So glad you're getting into the Mike Patton collabs with Dan The Automator (my favorite producer). The whole Mike Patton / Dan the Automator / Del the Funkee Homosapien ecosystem is really great. Check out Deltron 3030. Their first album is def a top 10 all-time hip-hop album for me
theres a great and saucy track hidden at the end of the Film Score Patton did for a short film titled "A Perfect Place", the song is called "A Perfect Twist", well worth a listen.
Once again ✍️ Lovage and your further exploration upon the works of Mike Paton 👌🙏 This album is exactly what it is all about 👍 Elitist taste with rightful air of pretension is almost a prerequisite in order to get this Masterpiece of a work 👌
Yes, one can simply wonder how this man can really sing so beautifully and harmoniously, and on the other `throwing the dice` he becomes so vocally demolishing. :D There are a few songs on this `well-laid railroad` - Roxxie will be happy to introduce you to them.:) I know I was, when I first heard them.:) Like you said something similar, if George Michael (r.i.p.) took a little D.M.T. he`d become Mike Patton.:D Cheers! :) Tnx, Roxanne, enjoy this today, it`s Yo Birthday! :)
triphop rock is definably different then extreme experimental rock lol lovage music is more simple and predictable hints triphop is more focused on hiphop beats and more tone down vibes laid back, while extreme experimental (Bungle) is more creative and complex and too some might be overwhelming unpredictable paces and structure an many genre mixing.
I saw them play live on Valentine’s Day. Went in blind, I’d heard of kid koala and Dan the automater. It’s still one of the best show I’ve ever seen.

I think you'd love this whole album, it's the best
I so much admire you for looking into random ass music. Thanks to you
Sounds like theme music to a 70's foreign romance film.
the only singer in this song is Patton

I think Pit Stop should be next, what ya think?
@@roxannemitchell4119 Sure.:) Go for that!:) It`s also a duet, so that would be nice to hear and compare! :D
Mike has a few duets with Jennifer Charles on this album. Best ones are I’m a Man and Pit Stop.
check out Peeping Tom’s “we’re not alone” and “don’t even trip” probably Mike’s best work
not best work but best pop rock work :DD
