    Thank you for this! I received a sample of the electrolyte drops in my last order and wasn’t sure how to use them. I suffered some heat related illness a few years ago and I seem to be so much more sensitive to the heat since then. I’ve discovered that the key to avoiding headaches is to make sure I get plenty of electrolytes. I love my ZipFizz but can’t tolerate too much caffeine so appreciate having a travel friendly option that won’t keep me awake for two days.

    Good information. I've been eating the keto way for about 10 months but I don't like to cook very much. I found that after several months on a very monotonous diet (scrambled eggs & bacon for BF and small keto snacks in the afternoon) that I was having what seemed like symptoms of electrolyte depletion. The ElectrolyteDrops seem to be helping to reverse that. I really need the potassium and magnesium. They both usually come up short in my bi-annual blood tests. Thanks for marketing these very necessary products!

    Hello!! I just got your product today! I was using an electrolyte powder but it has stevia and I am trying carnivore for a while! This electrolyte powder has a warning about potassium chloride and they use potassium citrate! I googled and read that potassium chloride is to hydrate and potassium citrate is to treat kidney stones I dont understand why do they mislead! What is your opinion!? They say there is a study about potassium chloride causing small bowel lesions

    Hi, I received my drops today, yay! as I’m on day 2 of an extended fast. I understand the serving size but am unsure if to use more than once a day or drink it slowly throughout the day. I need to be mindful because I have high blood pressure. Ty

    • @KetoChowYoutube
      @KetoChowYoutube  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It's great to hear that you received your Keto Chow fasting electrolyte drops!
      Our fasting drops are designed to replenish essential minerals lost during fasting. For high blood pressure concerns, it's advisable to consult with a healthcare professional. However, a general suggestion might be to follow the recommended serving size initially and monitor how your body responds and sipping through day is a good way to consume the drops. This approach allows for a more gradual intake and may help you better manage your electrolyte levels. Additionally, make sure to stay well-hydrated with water throughout the day.
      Remember, individual responses to supplements can vary, so pay attention to how your body reacts and adjust accordingly.

    6:29 thank you, I am new to carnivore, and have yet to actually understand how much of the electrolytes to take. I watched three videos with that particular size of bottle of drops, but my wife and I bought the larger bottle. What is the actual measurement range in milliliters that you are recommending? A full dropper is 1 mL. So is it one to 5 mL? thank you.

    • @KetoChowYoutube
      @KetoChowYoutube  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes the standard serving size is 1/2 tsp (5 ml) in our Electrolyte, Fasting, and Magnesium drops, but they all allow for a flexible dose you can take or repeat as needed.

    • @KetoChowYoutube
      @KetoChowYoutube  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Hi Stacy. The recommended usage varies depending on the individual and their specific needs. In general, it's recommended to take 1-2 servings (1-2 teaspoons) per day, but this can be adjusted based on factors such as activity level, diet, and climate.

    Hi thank you, you guys rock!
    I have a question, I'am looking to do a 7 day prolonged fast. (really I'm looking to do a 21 day water fast lol) Which drops should I use for the extended water fast, the fasting drops or the electrolyte drops? Appreciate it you guys in advance!

    • @KetoChowYoutube
      @KetoChowYoutube  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      For a prolonged fast like the one you're planning, the Fasting Drops would generally be the more suitable choice. These drops are specially designed to support extended fasting periods, providing a higher concentration of sodium, which is important for maintaining electrolyte balance during prolonged fasting. The Electrolyte Drops are also beneficial for replenishing essential minerals, they may be more suitable for shorter fasting periods or for individuals who need a more balanced electrolyte profile.

    Still a little confused on dosage. For example, for the Electrolytes, say I take one dose ("fill pointed tip of cap") mixed in 16oz water. How many of these doses should I take in ONE DAY? Obviously I drink more than 16oz water per day, so would I add the same dose to my next 16oz water the same day? Thank you.

    • @KetoChowYoutube

    What’s the purpose for casting drops? What if a person has to watch their salt intake. What would you recommend?

    • @KetoChowYoutube
      @KetoChowYoutube  ปีที่แล้ว

      The purpose of the Keto Chow Fasting Drops is to support individuals who are engaging in intermittent fasting or extended fasting. These drops are specifically designed to provide a source of electrolytes and help maintain adequate hydration levels during periods of fasting, which can be especially important for individuals who are following a ketogenic diet. If a person needs to watch their salt intake, it's important to note that the Fasting Drops do contain mostly sodium, as well as other electrolytes such as magnesium, potassium, and chloride.
      If you need to watch your salt intake, you may want to consider consulting with a healthcare professional before using the Fasting Drops, as they can help determine if this product is appropriate for your specific needs. Alternatively, our electrolyte supplements available our lower in sodium and better suited to your needs.

      One serving of our electrolytes and supplements provide roughly 5% of your daily value of sodium, potassium, and magnesium. It provides a solid baseline with the idea that the rest will come from the food that you eat. Depending on that food, additional supplementation may be necessary. There are some customers that are comfortable consuming 3-4 times the amount that the serving size indicates.
