I used to work in Waterstones and the best part was walking in before opening after the books had sat alone and I disturbed overnight. That smell was indescribable and so comforting, especially when combined with the silence and having the whole shop to ourselves for 1.5 hrs until opening 💖

@@zaharabatool2030 You don’t need a degree to become a writer...just keep writing by yourself everyday and you’ll improve, ultimately finding your own writing style. If you’re interested in literature like Shakespeare’s works you could possibly study a BA in English or English literature, but whatever you do PLEASE do not get a degree (or major) specifically in ‘writing.’ That’s just going to destroy your love and passion for writing itself as you’ll end up doing completely irrelevant things like sentence structures...idk it depends who you are. But good luck!!! All the best! ❤️😃
After you went on your walk ruby, I paused the video, bundled up myself and went on a quick 20 minute walk, when I came back I made myself a cup of tea and continued. Felt inspired 😌

You can follow this lifestyle and routine while getting library books until you have enough for your own books. Its actually great because then you can read books for free and then buy the ones you end up liking. This way you save yourself from buying books and not ending up liking them.

There’s nothing better than having bookworm friends!! I’m so grateful that I have a couple of friends and family members who are also huge bookworms as it’s so nice to share in the love of books and compare what we’ve read recently, get excited about reads and go book shopping together!

Murakami is my favourite author! I hope you enjoy him. Norwegian Wood is probably his most "normal" book. If you read his others be prepared for some weird shit 👍 Also his short stories are super good! My favourite collection is called The Elephant Vanishes.

Lovely video again, Ruby! I do wish there was winter where I live. 23 degrees Celcius is the coldest it gets during the early months of the year. I love listening to the soundtrack of The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe while reading! Especially 'Only the Beginning of the Adventure' as it's my favorite one ❤ I also take walks with my family around sunset, and we are enjoying the cool air while we can. Definitely a beautifully put together video! I knew I found someone with whom I share tastes with when I stumbled over your channel!
