  • In the Pantry today... We look at some exercises to relieve symptoms and pain associated with Thoracic Outlet Syndrome.
    Tash takes you through stretches that will target the fascia around the neck and chest to open up the pectoral muscles in the chest and the scalenes in the neck.

    Thank you! That simple neck/thumb/ear movement is incredible. What a difference. I'm someone who seems to store everything in my shoulders and neck, so I'm going to be doing this daily from now on. You have a lovely, calming presence (and not in that artificially serene way you often get with yoga instructors online - I hope that makes sense!) but you also make me smile and laugh during your practices, which is lovely. Thank you! And hello from a rainy Glasgow in Scotland :)
