I just got mine for the Jumbo Joe yesterday. I haven't used it yet, but i was impressed with the quality. I did notice you can still use a regular Weber charcoal basket with it, fits perfectly. If i need to do a longer cook, I can just remove the basket. Thanks for the review Tom!
Looking good there. You think if you keep banking they charcoal on the side eventually it will burn thru? Actually slow and sear works with the smoke and sizzle. It’s really just a bowl to keep the Barbie a little cleaner.
Tom you're a steak guru master! Well done again. Short, simple and straight to the point.👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👊🏾🥩
Thanks Jared! Appreciate you watching and commenting!
I love the color you get on the steak with the reverse sear. Great job Tom!

Did you have to bend the tab on the bottom vent in order to install the file handle?
Thanks for Watching! Yes
Tom, does the smoke and sizzle fit the the sns travel kettle the same way?
Thanks for watching! I doubt that it would fit as tight since the charcoal grate on the SNS is slightly larger then the Jumbo Joe
Great looking steaks Tom!!!
