My family no longer wants Texas Roadhouse. And it’s thanks to your seasonings and techniques. I proudly fly your flag over my bbq shanty. Great products, more importantly a great company!
It makes a lot of difference by letting it rest. Thank you for the information on the kerygold butter. You don't have to heat it up for it to melt. Put it beside the pit a few minutes before needed it.
I absolutely love every Kosmo Q product that ive tried. At what temperature do you recommend having the steak when you put it on the grill? Season straight from the fridge or let steak reach room temperature before or after seasoning?
Kosmo I've missed you! For some odd reason TH-cam did not inform me on pc of your vid's, but the other day on phone I got one...so I watched a couple. Now you show up on my pc...after more than 6 months I'm sure I have a lot to catch up on. Good to see you in my feed again. Question: that's two steaks, what if you needed to cook 30 steaks with various: MW, M...and please forbid....WD?
Appreciate you! Glad you're back 👊🏼💥 It depends on a few things, but you'd want to put them on from most done to the rarest preference, then be sure to keep a check on temps
I love Cow Cover on my Ribeye's. I started cooking mine inside in my Cast Iron Skillet but there's nothing like cooking them over hot coals on the Pit. 🤟
I have banked charcoal for years without an extra toy. If I was to use any adapters for charcoal retention, banking I like the look of the Mallory dividing wall, it's adjustable. ME grilling since 1968.
I’m glad to see more cooks using MSG. It’s got a bad rap for far too long. And the science supports its use, no matter how some racist doctor back in the day tried to twist facts to say it isn’t safe.
"Sear marks from the Gods".
Pretty much says it all.
Wow.
Nice work.

Thanks, JT.
Those look great! And I use a light coat of Brisket Mop in prepping. FLAVOR BOMB 💣

I love the reverse sear method
It's hard to beat for sure

Appreciate you 👊🏼💥 Typically let it get up to room temp (or close) then season it and let it rest a little longer just to soak in the rubs

I don’t have those seasonings. I have just a standard amount of seasonings in everybody’s cabinet. What do you suggest: salt n pepper, garlic salt?
If that's your go-to, you could try our SPG 👊🏼💥
He won the "world state championship." Make that make sense😂
Haha state AND world championships
Still the Champion in my book!!
Appreciate you 👊🏼💥
What do you do to keep them from getting cold after resting for 15 mins?
Cover them loosely
Winner Winner Steak Dinner !!!!!🥩🥩
You know it 👊🏼💥
Where did you get your gloves
I only make steaks with kosmos cow cover hot and SPG. I need to try the dirty bird hot on one though! That’s my favorite for smoking chicken wings

FYI- Your Jalapeno Garlic Rub is excellent on Chicken Gizzards!! I haven't tried it on Steaks yet, but man does it do something to chicken!!
It's a real MVP, that's for sure 👊🏼💥
Doing a SCA Tomorrow and I use all kosmos.. wish me luck hope I get my golden ticket tomorrow
Nice! How did it go? 👊🏼💥
@@KosmosQ top 10.. no ticket this time
What tips do you have for steaks that are not as thick? A lot of the cuts my local grocery store does are about 1.25” thick, or even 1”
Get a good thermometer! Thinner steaks with less marbling will get to temp way faster, so you'll want to stay on top of it
Might even be better doing a front sear instead of a reverse sear for thinner cuts.
Dude I’m doing this Saturday! Real question tho, Reqtec or Traeger ??
Never cooked on a reqtec, but would definitely give it a try. Hard to beat the Traeger if you're going this route, though 👊🏼💥
Light a fire, bro... sheesh
What is the make of that grill you are using?
Hastybake
When you told your phone to set a timer my phone set a timer 😅
The only way to do it 😂
Do you ever use wood for cooking your steaks?
Sometimes, just a matter of what taste we're going for 👊🏼💥
Where did you get your grill grate?
grillgrate.com 👊🏼💥
Alright Cosmo have to know... Keto or Carnivore? Which one is it? You are looking fit and trim my friend!!!!!
Appreciate you 👊🏼💥 Just eating healthier and hitting the gym, no specific program
The GOAT
Appreciate you 👊🏼💥
You didn't clean the grates like you normally do?
Not this time. No specific reason, just didn't think it was necessary for this one 👊🏼💥

I try to pay attention to every detail.
