Hey I vaguely remember this. I was at the 1989 National Jamboree too. Met Xeng guy on the foot steps having group photo. Not sure if he was a scout since he was not in uniform, but remember he said he was an eagle upon seeing my rank. I was with MN Troop 632 out of Viking Council for the Jamboree. Good times watching the green laser grid over the scouts during Lee Green Wood's live "God bless the USA" song and yelling when he sings "..From the lakes of Minnesota..."
