Lancaster Boy Scout is the first to earn newest merit badge

For Boy Scouts, earning a merit badge is a pretty big deal. Dab Dale of Lancaster Troop 468 has earned seventy-eight of them. That's an impressive accomplishment for the 14-year old who has only been a Boy Scout for three years. He's already Senior Patrol Leader and admits that his favorite scouting activity is earning merit badges, saying " it's fun showing them off and remembering what you did."
