    You said you tapped into both speakers, i saw in other videos where they tapped into one. They butt connected the white and grey with a speaker wire into the positive of one speaker, and black stripped wires into the negative of that same speaker. Since you said you used both, how did you do it? Did you butt connect everything separately ?

    • @HumbleAcres

      Yes the wires will all need extended, I used some crimp connectors and heat shrink to do it. To tap into the factory speakers you can use a spade connector, there is a slot on the inside of the factory connectors that you can wedge them in to make contact. hope that helps.

    Yesssssssss. I finally have what I wanted. Everyone that wants a d.s.p. also along with their amp too get the real power from the headunit no need too look further. Check out the kicker key 500.1. It has a built in dsp. You just play 2 tones through it too set up and it brings the missing bass needed. I have in my 2022 accord sport along with my single 12 inch comp r 500 watts at 1 ohm and the kicker amp 500@1ohm. Took a couple minutes too run the setup on the amp and it's insane.

    So I could cut one end of the RCA cable and splice it into a door speaker like that, and then plug the other ends in the amp?

    • @HumbleAcres
      @HumbleAcres  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      No don't cut the rca cable you need the converter I show in the video. Speaker wire from speakers to converter and rca from converter to amp.

  • @jovannijaimes3590
    @jovannijaimes3590 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    I have the same rca adapter, I'm confused on how you got the remote of it ? Did you connect the (brown) ground wire ? Or did you run a remote wire from the fuse panel if so what fuse did you use?

    • @HumbleAcres
      @HumbleAcres  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      On the adapter there are six wires two for left speaker, two for right speaker, one ground and one remote. hook the positive and negative left and right speaker wires to the speakers in the car, the ground wire goes to ground on the car and the remote wire goes to the remote terminal on the amp. There are versions of the adapter that don't have the remote.
