In its second generation 'AD/BW'-series form launched in 2016, Volkswagen's Tiguan mid-sized SUV proved to be a much more sophisticated thing - as it needed to be to take on a wide array of Crossover and full-SUV-orientated rivals. Sharp looks are matched by sharp dynamics and a more sophisticated 4WD system that makes this car a more credible tool when the going gets rough. There's a classy cabin too and as a result, this car feels just that bit more complete than many key rivals.

i have had the 2ltr tdi fourmotion sel version with most of the addons for about a year now and love it, a bad back has meant no more sports cars, but this car is so damn comfy and almost drives itself with cruise control and lane assist on

I have reversing sensors, sat nav and phone connectivity in my Tiguan. What else do you really need.

Just worried about the VW Tiguan engine using plastic brittle water pump that do not last . Why plastic ? When Toyota is using long lasting metal water pump to achieve better reliability
