I'm in the US. I've had my 2013 Juke Nismo AWD for 10 years and it has been a great daily driver with over 117,000 miles. Have done several repairs and just recently the A/C evaporator went out. But I have kept it in great condition all these years. It's been an amazing little car and still get compliments on it to this day.

Keep in mind this car is 10 years old, 10-year-old technology, of course, things will not be as nice or fast or as good as what's new today. The shifter sloppiness is an issue from wear and tear. The hand brake complaint is due to the center console is designed for the left-hand drive, no issues like that on the left-hand drive.

Well made video. Suprising quality and clarity for sub 100 subs.

handbrake on my 2016 is also same, have to pull it up high to hold wheels, i have 12 months nissan warranty on it so will be taking it in at some point to rectify, but i beleive its a common thing , the sat nav is an old system now so just have to accept its not the best, i have a 2021 sd card upgrade in mine, the rear camera is fine on mine think it was just glare on yours, the resolution isnt hd but acceptable. only had ours about a month but its just awesome to drive.

I wouldn't put people off buying the juke as it's a great car but I do agree with you on the fuel tank size. As regards the sat nav, ould it not be best to use common sense rather than following the nav blindly and going down dirt tracks?

Overall it is a great car. Absolutely it would, however there were two entrances to where we were going (flats on a farm estate), my friend drives a fiesta so we thought “if he can make it so can we”… how wrong I was!

I love my juke Nismo as well but I too have the same irritations. Though with the handbrake, you only push the button to disengage, when you want to engage the break, you don’t push the button.

My 2015 tekna has the same dodgey handbrake problem when on an incline . Does yours have a blindspot detector like my tekna?

Your gear change bushes are worn , your handbrake needs adjusting, and the screen is angled for left hand drive cars , which unfortunately for us is nissans biggest market .

Gear shaking seems to be just a common "issue" with Juke. I have a vintage second hand Visia 2010 and gear shakes. When asked previous owner he said it's just "normal" 😁 The car was regularly serviced, it also received an installation for LPG, so it is very economical. The only problem that has appeared is the bad ventilation of the cabin and now it requires the replacement of the fan, approximately €300 😟

And as for the handbrake, it is really unusual that such an omission was made by a British manufacturer for its own market. With the steering wheel on the left side, everything is as it should be.

I have the nis rs…it has faults it’s quirky just yesterday I pulled down the sun visor it popped off one side totally obliterating my view, I always wonder what it’s gonna pull on me next, my 1994 civic set such a standard for this Datsun to meet 😂

The Nissan Joke (Juke) may seem cool and modern but looks are deceiving. I had one brand as a cover for my car while it was being repaired. What I had noticed was poor build quality using plastic trim which rattled repeated on a car 2 years old. Rear seats also were of poor quality with seams looking as if they were going to come undone...

My friend has a Juke. The car look cute and wide but inside the space is terrible. I'm 6 foot 182cm so headspace and knee space in back of the car is very tight and uncomfortable.

I would definitely agree, I’m 6ft and majority of my friends are 6ft plus.
On shorter journeys it’s manageable but on longer journeys it wouldn’t be comfortable at all.

No fuel estimate in cars is accurate., even when I was driving brand new Mercedes I was given as courtesy car.
Google maps is not the most reliable either to be honest, and my previous car had no sat nav and I used my phone for everything.
Not really sure I understand your moaning about the gear stick, if you're not slipping out of gear, what's issue? Either way surely you should get mechanic to check the gearstick and handbrake, maybe handbrake needs adjusting and maybe someone who owned car previously advised clutch and crunched gears.
I own a 2013 Juke and in terms of actual issues with this car, bigger issue are the high biting point, pretty poor acceleration for a 1.6 petrol engine and it feels far too light and loose steering at motorway speeds.
The media system is little crap, not it's 2013 model, try running a 2013 phone these days and see what that's like
