In my opinion, the east coast of Southern Salento is the most underrated spot in Puglia... Nature, the sun, good food, amazing homes... you have it all! Today I'm back in Gagliano del Capo to visit Marina delle Novaglie, walk the trail to the Grotte Cipolliane and then to see 2 of the dreamiest dream homes you could possibly imagine!

The first house in the second location would be absolute perfection! I agree with one of the other commenters, natural sound would be wonderful. Especially the one by the sea.
Wish you have made videos with the natural sound of the second villa. I would love to hear wind or birds or whatever it was.
Wind doesn't sound good against a microphone though, so you won't get a good sense of the real sound of being there. He's doing very professional videos and probably wouldn't record something that sounded as bad as that.
Ostuni-Gallipoli-Monopoli-Polignano a Mare-Fasano-Lecce-Brindisi is my favourite triangle in puglia. Beautiful beaches, great food and drinks all provided by people that know how to live very close to heaven, while firmly rooted to their home soil.
You will never find homes this beautiful in the USA for that price. Italy is definitely something to brag about ❤

it would be even better if it were connected by an indoor stairways with the upstairs being a master suite
indoor stairway can be made easily, and not expensive
@@sandrogalli6133 yes the only issue is the 850,000 euro for the house. plus need remodel a bigger bathroom upstairs and take away that upstairs kitchen.... still probably 50-80 k eur for all that including stairs.

It’s a beautiful home, I was lucky I found my dream home one of 4 apparently in Australia with internal views of the ocean the bay and the CBD at night… from all around the house and over looking a local golf course. That will never be built out… and have those views interrupted. ❤ nice video..

I have watched the second house video over and over. My dream. I actually love that they are small...to go minimal and just enjoy retirement there. Just heaven. Id have to sell here in Australia first.
welcome! you would be among the first Australian to come over here just a little note, the house are small since it was very hard to obtain permission to build a home, and now it's end of game for new houses to be built in that zone (which is a natual park and no more home will be built) ciaoo!

We are big fans of your channel. We eagerly await each episode. Your production, cinematography, and humor is really unique. Keep that the focus of your channel. Please avoid using all the vapid overused real estate salesmen speak though, it ruins it. Don’t use corny empty words like ‘stunning, absolutely, prestigious’, they are over used and make you sound like a cheap real estate hustler. Instead trust what you are doing, keep the focus on your unique style, it’s already superior to what any channel offers and doesn’t need that tacky language. Excited for the next episode. In general , realtors use this completely overused real estate jargon, which is totally annoying . Marco did not use it this time, but the word ‘cozy’ ( when they really mean ‘small’) gets to me every time. But I really find Marco does such a wonderful , high quality description of the properties, and he certainly doesn’t sound like a ‘cheap real estate hustler ‘.

My partner works remotely but unfortunately cant work outside the US :( we did visit puglia last year though and absolutely loved it so I do wish one day I get to go back or live there/ buy a second home.

I’ve found the same in my research , as a us citizen it’s difficult to move to Italy without a way to qualify for a visa. I’m saving up to buy a home in Italy now, but I expect that I’ll have to fly back the us every 3 months and stay away for 3 months, meaning I have to maintain a home in the country here even if I buy there

The second house has such beautiful views but it is very generic. The first house has the soul of Italy, I would forgo the sea to have a place that my heart loves.
After all a quick bicycle/vespa ride gets you there.
The first house was amazing. The kitchen was too small. The second house does not impress. The terraced grounds and outdoor ambience are spectacular. Thank you for the tour. Buy the first one and put in your pool!

They are both beautiful properties, but I like the second one best because of its proximity and view of the sea.
I guess the location dictates the price, but the fact the second is twice the price of the first, which is much much larger, is really strange.

I just now discovered your channel. These properties are gorgeous. How difficult is it for someone with an EU passport to get residency there and be allowed to buy one of these villas? I also hold a US passport and would like to know. Thanks.
With an EU passport, residency is as simple as it is for an Italian: moving there and declaring residency. Anyone can buy these villas... No special permissions required.
