    I already am using the magnesium and the lemon balm tea, drinking smoothies and getting 2 greens in. Walking is something I do daily as well. What I like and will add is the no SM for an hour after getting up. I do have the oara ring and I love it!! And I want to be consistent with the lemon and ginger tonic! Such amazing information as always!!

      Monica you are rocking it!! Yes, no social media in the morning has been a game changer for me. I don't instantly wake up in work mode, or even worse, comparison. I find once I've had my time I feel much more settled to hop online. 💗

    I love the way you explain things. Its obvious that you know what you're talking about and very passionate about it. You do what you preach and we can all see that in your appearance. You're vibrant, energetic, shiny hair, healthy skin. I've been with you for a year or more, you deserve more subs and views ❤ Love from Indonesia 🥰

    Thank you for sharing about the after school tornado. I was on the same boat without realizing. I was stressed, anxious and overwhelmed. Thanks to you I was able to reassess, prepare, and hopefully help my nervous system ❤

    Great Video! My non-negotiables are water first thing when I wake up, (I have to try the tonic again, I don't think I made it right when I tried it the first time) breakfast smoothie & the lemon balm tea before bed with the Bioptimizer Magnesium. Slowly working other habits into my daily life, but those 4 things have changed so much for me.

    • @JessicaJSpiers
      @JessicaJSpiers  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Heather you are rocking it! Slowly including one new habit at a time seems to work best for me, once I have it down I will branch out. I'm so happy that you found the video helpful!

    I don’t know if it’s mind over matter, but I drank the lemon ginger tonic with some honey this morning before my coffee and I feel great today. Thanks for the recipe!

    Love your videos. Going to try to bring in the lemon ginger tonic to my days, more greens, and using bus time as walk time (before or after). Thank you for sharing!

    I love your lemon ginger tonic...have made a few batches so far. In another video you suggested making them into ice cubes, which I find the easiest for me. I'll be honest sometimes I remember later in the day and put the ice cube in my water tumbler. It makes a lot of sense why this is most beneficial first thing in the morning. Thank you as always for your suggestions!

      Ericka, I'm glad it was helpful and motivating to try and get the tonic in first thing in the morning. Anytime of the day is a bonus, but first thing is when we get the biggest benefit. Have a wonderful day!

    Great tip for freezing extra lemon and ginger tonic! Would I still get the health benefits if I was adding a little teaspoon of honey? ( just helps me drink it ☺️)

    • @JessicaJSpiers
      @JessicaJSpiers  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Hayley, yes absolutely, you would still enjoy the health benefits. Thanks!

    Is there a benefit to having the lemon ginger with hot water first thing in the morning over cold water?

  • @ktrr3647
    @ktrr3647 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Could I use bottled organic lemon juice with some fresh or ground ginger and hot water instead of making the tonic?

    • @JessicaJSpiers
      @JessicaJSpiers  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks for watching, unfortunately, we want to enjoy fresh lemon, as it would still have all of it's nutritional benefits.The manufacturing process of making bottled juice uses heat, there for it loses nutrients, reduces the amount of minerals, and essential antioxidants destroyed in process.
      I hope this is helpful, I recommend making a triple batch, and popping them into ice cub trays- this was you only have to make the mess once a month.

    Thank you for sharing these amazing tips! I will plan on making these smoothies with my daughter who’s 22 and always interested in learning to be healthier. I will be ordering the magnesium as I have autoimmune illness ( thyroid) and think it would benefit me greatly 💕

    • @JessicaJSpiers
      @JessicaJSpiers  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Stacey, the magnesium would be hopeful for your thyroid condition, and I hope your daughter enjoyed the smoothies. It was in my mid-20s when I began my health journey, it's one of my greatest blessings.
