    What a great video! 🤗 Dealing myself with hypothyroidism and Hashimoto's for years, I also recommend checking the thyroid antibodies (ANTI-TPO and ATG) as the disease might be autoimmune and require specific lifestyle changes to be put in remission (for eg. going gluten and dairy free). The HOMA-IR and DHEA-S are worth checking too, as insulin resistance and other hormonal imbalance may be causing the issues. Thought this could be helpful.

    Have you always taken Rhodiola and L Theanine together? I just purchased them both to help with stress management and focus. I am nursing a six month old so I haven’t started yet until I can speak to my Dr. I’m thinking of starting one and then waiting a month to start the other.
