    Thank you all so much for all of your continued support of my channel, I am truly blown away! I've gone ahead and included the recipe for the Ginger Lemon tonic below. 💗
    Ginger Lemon Tonic
    INGREDIENTS
    - 4 cups water
    - 2 lemons
    - 1.5 thumb-sized piece ginger
    ASSEMBLE
    - Bring water to a boil
    - Juice lemons and add liquid to a blender
    - Add ginger root to blender with lemon and 1/2 cup of boiled water
    - Blend until mixture is thoroughly combined
    - Pour through a tea strainer
    - Combine with the rest of the boiled water and enjoy
    - Makes 2 full servings

    Yes I used to love shrimp and pecans. For some reason after my last pregnancy I became severely allergic .

    Love your healthy eating. Should flax seeds be ground for better digestion?

      Hi Penny, yes, I only use ground flax seeds. To ensure we're able to digest and absorb all of the nutrients.

    West Rae beans are the best. Cooked with kombucha as to get rid of gas. And they are organic . And the seam in the can is not lead
