I’m a Texas rider who doesn’t hammer crazy uphills but I’m interested in going into enduro racing around the state. I’m thinking abt the status 160, would that be good?
Hey Luke! Status would be a great bike if you’re looking to race. I have a friend that rides Spider Mountain on it and it works great. It’s also a screaming deal right now! Thanks for watching!
Hey Andrew! I’d look at a mid-travel bike for the front range. Something like the Marin Rift Zone or YT Jeffsy would be a good fit! What are you currently riding? Thanks for watching!
I'd personally take the Altitude over the Capra. The Capra is a big brawler bike that is at home on the downhills, but not as versatile on typical trails. I have a couple friends that have the Altitude and love it for all types of riding. Just my 2 cents! What bike are you currently riding and what type of riding do you typically do?
@@MTBCoop okay thanks for the response, that helps a lot! I'm currently riding a 2010 Kona dawg lol, it's an old trail bike. But looking to upgrade to something newer that can do everything. I ride a lot of rocky enduro/xc trails in eastern Canada, so looking for something that can climb decently (which I heard the altitude can) but also take a trip every year out west to bc to ride north shore/whistler so looking for a one trick pony.
Lol same, ordered mine today for 1999€, I was considering buying used one with better parts for the same price, but since I'm new to MTB it's a big risk as I have 0 understanding of what is what on a used pro lvl bike.
I got a 2022 mullet Nukeproof Mega comp. 2k down from 3k, 2yrs interest free credit. Absolute bargain, I love it 😻
Nice! 🔥 That’s a screaming deal! Enjoy the new ride!
Vitus is awesome. I have the Sommet CRX frame and did my own dream build on it.
Nice! I’ve been loving their paint jobs over the last couple years. Would love to ride an Escarpe. Such good value!
@@MTBCoop 🤘🔥💯
Thank you for this information and great content
Thanks for the kind words Heath. Appreciate you watching! Are you currently shopping for a new bike?
@@MTBCoop later this year I will be.
@@MTBCoopwhat category would you put the Specialized Stumpjumper EVO Alloy in?
Vitus is the best, good luck trying to get a specialized or YT bike, always sold out

I've never heard of Dartmoor bikes. They look like a killer bike for the price! Thanks for sharing!

My local shop said that the status was not coming to the USA in 2023? Does that sound right?
That's news to me! Maybe that's why the Status is so cheap 👀
Just bought specialized 160
Nice! What color did you choose? Any rides on it yet?
@@MTBCoop I got the lime color. Haven't received it yet but stoked
Which one(s) would you recommend for Colorado front range riding?

What's your thoughts on yt Capra core 1 vs rockey altitude a30. Are they comparable bikes? And who should choose one or the other?

Okay I didn’t watch the video yet but i guess the canyon torque and the yt Capra will be in there
What would you suggest for Bikepark use only. Capra Core 1 or Canyon Torque?
both is good and build for bikepark. So pick what do you like 😊
@@no11477 Thank you, Capra will be delivered this friday!
@@Chr027 enjoy!:)
I just got the Capra Core 1 for 2 000 € with a discounnt, I think that we can't find a better bike on the market at this price.
Wow! That is a steal! Congrats on the new bike. Hope you're enjoying it!

Im thinking i should get it too, Is it really good?
Definetly would be the bike ill use so much , because in my area we have many enduro trails and many forest trails.
Why no Canyon Spectral ?
The Spectral costs over $3000! I wanted to keep this list under $3k. I’d give the Spectral and Propain Tyee a close look though! 👀
Dude Rocky Mountain altitude a30
Hell yeah! Jenson had them on sale for $3k. Great bike for the price.
