Traffic Lights Moving Rush Hour Traffic (Clairemont Mesa Blvd & I-15 South)

This is one hell of a busy intersection at times during the weekly rush hours in the morning and afternoon and it's mainly because of the traffic exiting and entering the I-15 freeway. In this video, it was almost 5pm and traffic was very slow on the freeway if you look down the freeway on ramp and there was a lot of traffic on this road as well. The peak of the heavy traffic didn't come until about 40 minutes later at 5:40pm and that's when the freeway was so backed up that it caused traffic to back up all the way to the beginning of this on ramp which made the ramp meter signals down the street pointless to have on. Also, you know how when you are stuck in freeway traffic and you try to drive through an exit or an intersection like this just to get ahead a little, that's' what was happening in this video as well as you saw some vehicles get off the freeway and then get right back on like their gonna make some ground only to realize that they lost ground having to wait at red lights.
The traffic lights themselves are a mix of old and new. In the mid 2010's, there was a lot of road construction over here to widen the road a little bit, and that involved moving the signal pole back a little bit too and what I really love that Caltrans did during that time was they kept the majority of the older signal heads and re-installed them on the newer poles and arms that are here now and you see that with the 3-lens signals on the left and right. The 4-lens signal on the mast arm was the new signal at the time with the pole and arm and I was fine with that too because the older signal that was there before was a 3-lens signal. I wish Caltrans did this today only changing what is necessary because today, they are wasting so much money replacing older traffic signals with similar designed new traffic signals for no reason at all.

All 11 red lights and 12 green lights are LED
The yellow lights have 10 LED's and 1 incandescent
All 4 pedestrian signals are LED countdown
