16:05 You did make an illegal right turn by pulling to the left lane first and then cutting across both lanes to turn. You have to pull to the right lane to make a right turn. Geez!
people, simple rules to follow: -when you encounter a slowdown on the highway, turn on your 4-ways to alert drivers that are behind you -do NOT make a gap in a row of traffic to allow someone to turn left through -put your damn phone down -at night, if you can see anyone else's headlights or taillights, then using your brights with annoy other drivers
I hate it at the end of each video it always says both drivers are ok lol bs lol and no injuries, especially when a car flips over a few times and still says no injuries. lol a joke
@DanielKing-dk5nr actually, car roll overs are safer than they've ever been right now. Remember the guy singing on the highway in the rain? His car flipped like 5x and he didnt have a scratch
I appreciate drivers that just own their mistakes. Having recently been in an accident myself that resulted in my truck getting rolled and totaled, me and the other guy both made mistakes. In the grand scheme of things he was more in the wrong, but we both owned our individual parts. Admitting fault in an accident doesn't morally declare you the bad guy, anyone can make a mistake. It's just the due process for insurance companies to battle it out on the sidelines. And if you're driving without insurance you shouldn't be on the road, period.
The more of these videos I watch... the more confident I am to continue driving my one ton dually at the speed limit with forward and rear facing dashcams.... Because F those bad drivers who feel entitled to be buttheads.
13:58 it's called a zipper merge, regardless that the guy got in front of you, 2 lanes reduced to one does not mean punch it and try to close the gap vacated by the mini van, the sign told you merge but you failed to yield, your fault.
So, zipper merges are not required by law, however in this case, since the cam driver sped up and had a clear chance to avoid the accident, the cam driver could be liable for the wreck (with a good attorney)
The cammer decided he didn't want to merge behind the red sedan. The red sedan is in front of the cammer and by the time the cammer passes the sedan, there is only one lane, as the entrance ramp (I'm assuming) has already merged. The center line has already gone away.
Lets just put this out there. I have a lot of respect for people who post vids and admit they are at fault. Now, just because they own up to it doesn't mean they learned or grew from the experience, but I like to think most people do. I think most people have at least one "I was the dumb ass" moment when driving that we all wished we could take back.
14:16 "I was given a ticket for failure to yield even after showing the officer the video" - ROFL no you were given a ticket for failure to yield BECAUSE of the video.
I love that everyone takes the trucks side just cause the kids car looks a certain way. There’s traffic laws for a reason and the truck did not follow them
no one gonna talk about 52? DeLoreans are amazing and they are practically priceless. the guy was slowing down for the 18 wheeler infront of him, granted the same person wanted to come to a complete stop to get into the right lane and could have tried merging before then, but space should've been kept between the two vehicles and a main thing when driving is that breaks mean slowing down or coming to a stop.
#54, what's there to explain? You failed to use the proper lane. Learn to steer your vehicle. You don't need to make a big turn. Just slow down enough and use the full range of your steering wheel.
For real. Like I get some people have really long trucks, but there is obviously enough space there to make the turn without going into the oncoming lane.
@@zklpr4661 What? No there isn't.. Not enough space to make a turn from the right lane - turning circle of those vehicles is terrible.. Seriously, research before you open your mouth...

@@Surtr174 not to mention that he also was going pretty fast for someone who is about to make a trun he could have at least slowed the cars behind him down by breaking to further show that hes about to trun
@@Surtr174 The guy in the right lane wasn't overtaking on the right, he was just driving straight in the correct lane. Imagine what he was thinking when he saw the guy in the big truck move over to the oncoming lane. I'd be thinking, WTF is he doing?
@4:10 -- your dashcam tells who had the green light.
This. Unless the police declined to see the video, it's a slam dunk traffic control violation ticket for the Challenger at a minimum. Hopefully the cammer wasn't left holding the bag on the insurance liability front. Police fact finding isn't binding, and it's not as if any was done in this instance.
9:33 Wait a sec. The old lady cammer is in the wrong. The lanes are painted poorly, but you can see that she veered into the wrong lane and was at fault.
The clip at around 4:09, shows you had the green light and the other guys light was red.
We don't pay cops to investigate good sir or madam. They issue feelings tickets and then go on their merry way.

I was literally saying "back up back up back up" to the video lol
It's not shock it's stupidity. People should be smart enough to hit the fucking brakes after getting into an accident but they're not
Well you can tell your insurance company that when they’re asking you why they’re paying me a bunch of money.
#9 looked very intentional. They literally yielded, went into traffic, and then fully stopped. Didn't even attempt to move.
Yeah it looked like a weird suicide attempt
Also didn't appear to be turning with nowhere to go ahead.
Exactly what I though! possible insurance fraud
I thought the same thing!
Looked for this comment. Same as others commented, possible insurance fraud or suicide attempt. They didn't even turn.
#17. But you have actual video evidence that you had the green light!
8:47 *sniff* “yikess..” 😬
At the 16:08 mark the improper turn was for crossing a solid line and entering the on coming lane to make an unnecessary wide turn into the driveway
Plus no turn signal
@@landon2050 Wrong, his blinker was on, look again..
@@motherhen4900 Still don't make it right :/ Already broke the law crossing the yellow line into oncoming traffic. Surprised he even used his signal with the big brain the driver has
Yep. You're not long enough to justify taking two lanes to turn...not even into that driveway. Pro tip...back in.
@@CameronsCookingChannel I mean its not outright banned you literally have to do that if you have a trailer but he didn't need to go completely in to the other lane like that
Ya, #48, you done f****d up!!! It makes me crazy when drivers don't realize they are wrong!!! Im so glad you got the ticket!!!
but she didn’t learn anything from it tho! 😂
6:24 Incredible driving! had to rewatch 4 times to make sure!
That's what a normal person that's paying attention does. All these other drivers seem to be half asleep or unaware they are driving at all.
And he was only 17!
Can you imagine if these crashes happened BEFORE all the safety measures came into existence ?? HOLY SHOT ..
I always have to remind my deregulation-obsessed friends that safety regulations are written in blood. My mothers friend was complaining that kids have to be in car seats because "when you kids were little we just put you in the backseat on a pillow". A quick google search of child deaths in car crashes over the years ended the conversation quite quickly.

One hundred percent.
Not to mention the criminal aspect of lying to a cop.

Those "self" driving phones on wheels, with cameras everywhere and people still can't drive them. I lost my truck last year from being t-boned by a genius in one of those things.
43 - Cammer is at fault
44 - Gorgeous Camaro
48 - Although the right lane was to merge to the left lane,he was ahead and already had ownership of the lane.
54 - You swung into oncoming traffic to make the turn. Thats an improper turn.
56 - Silver car did not yield.
67 - Blazer/Tahoe at fault.

So the cops didnt bother to look at the cammers dashcam? Thts stupidity on a new level
unfortunately, it’s completely a voluntary move. idk but it seems the cammer just forgot about. he could have gone to court and contest the ticket, though

16:15 I think the e improper turn might have come from going across the double yellow line
#1 the guy just walking and minding his business😂
I love in 33 how it was her fault for crossing lanes and she still acted like it wasn’t 😂
"Dumbass" He's probably saying the same thing to her
I was about to say!! I went back to the beginning of 33 to see if she maintained her lane & sure enough goes onto the left lane & then proceeds to blame the Lexus talking about “she was too busy putting on lipstick” 😂😂
Women have always tried to dodge accountability. This is nothing new.
Came here to say this.
9:00 when you are too stupid for simple traffic rules and then blame it on the others.
I 100% agree. It was the lady with the cameras fault... she should have followed the lane but just kept going straight with the road curved
*These crash videos are breathtaking! Always drive responsibly and stick to traffic laws.*
2:42 , thats one way to learn English 😂
lmao the best part
number five’s “don’t come towards us.”😂😂

#52 “in that trailer was my 1981 DeLorean” 😅
#46 needs her license and green card revoked ASAP
13:50 - Absolutely the drivers fault. You were passed the white lines merging into the lane and you sped up intentionally while behind the red car.
@13:55 Lol you should have been ticketed, clearly you don't understand how to zipper
2:04 Timing of the lyrics as the dude tried to run, “Y ahora por pendeja todo se te fue, Bebe” had me dying for a solid minute.

This is literally EVERYDAY in San Antonio.
16:05 You did make an illegal right turn by pulling to the left lane first and then cutting across both lanes to turn. You have to pull to the right lane to make a right turn. Geez!
people, simple rules to follow:
-when you encounter a slowdown on the highway, turn on your 4-ways to alert drivers that are behind you
-do NOT make a gap in a row of traffic to allow someone to turn left through
-put your damn phone down
-at night, if you can see anyone else's headlights or taillights, then using your brights with annoy other drivers
13:00 #46 Im curious to know how she was explaining her action. Of course it looks like she is blaming the Truck Driver(Cammer)
Clipp 33. Old lady swerved into the middle lane, then the left lane and claimed she was the one who was hit? She was never gonna win that in court.

#3 Refreshing to see cammer admit fault.
Admits fault. Doesn't admit to terrible driving skills.
#3 while honest, is a good example of when you combine impatience with impulsive thinking and lack of forethought.
The first one definitely had serious injuries...
Clip 46 does Tesla have carpool stickers ???
12:32 Pretty cool how a 1969 Camaro just happened to pop up.
13:59 #48 they were ahead of you, and you deliberately sped up to block them. Please never drive again, you don't know how merging works
@@KNR90 And what value did this comment even bring to this video? As if the cammer is going to take the value of your comment into consideration.
15:45 Well, you can use that to go back in time and avoid the accident altogether.
@11:36 Controversial opinion: I think the truck that ran the red light and hit your son was at fault. Someone had to say it.
I love that everyone takes the trucks side just cause the kids car looks a certain way. There’s traffic laws for a reason and the truck did not follow them

#64 that's exactly why you activate the hazards when there's a sudden slowdown.
#1 cammer had a great rumble to his car! 👍
The only people who like “the rumble” are young men so having those who have cars like that are trying to attract/impress other young men.
no one gonna talk about 52? DeLoreans are amazing and they are practically priceless. the guy was slowing down for the 18 wheeler infront of him, granted the same person wanted to come to a complete stop to get into the right lane and could have tried merging before then, but space should've been kept between the two vehicles and a main thing when driving is that breaks mean slowing down or coming to a stop.
14:00 Cammer, you are at fault. You rightfully got the ticket. If you challenge in court, you'll lose.
1:50 not him blasting mexican music😂😂
#54, what's there to explain? You failed to use the proper lane. Learn to steer your vehicle. You don't need to make a big turn. Just slow down enough and use the full range of your steering wheel.
“Explain that please”.. lol ok
The ignorance is strong in this one.. Look at the parking space and look at the type of truck he is driving.. Turning circle of a oil tanker so he needs the extra room to turn - not rocket science pleb but to you it obviously is...
