Old Clairemont Mesa Traffic Lights Near Kaiser Hospital (Clairemont Mesa Blvd & Ruffin Rd)

This video was filmed by me on February 3, 2025 during evening rush hour.
It was just past 5pm on a hazy cold evening in Clairemont Mesa and these old traffic lights were operating on rush hour mode by giving traffic on this road an extended green time. The signals do a very good job of it too. The crosswalks here can also get pretty busy at times because the Kaiser hospital is very close by along with people leaving their jobs to go across the street and get something to eat or whatever.

TRAFFIC LIGHTS INFO:
All 21 red lights are LED
The yellow lights have 3 LED's and 18 incandescents
The green lights have 20 LED's and 1 incandescent
The pedestrian signals have 4 LED hand/man and 4 Neon hand/man
These signals are owned by the city of San Diego
