    I got a tell ya. I have done a lot of workouts with various trainers but I always feel my best when I’m done with one your workouts. My body is happy, my mood is lifted and I feel amazing.

    This was a really satisfying workout! Mondays are tough workout days for me because I'm usually dealing with DOMS from Saturday, which is my biggest workout of my week. Today [Monday], I was feeling good, but not THAT good, so the low impact cardio here was a great alternative. Thanks, Diana! Rock on!

    thank you. i have an avulsion fracture of my ankle from trail running. i think my injury happened just before your meniscus tear. i am four weeks out, and i am power walking and returning to weights. this low impact was great. hang in there! you are healthy and will heal well! thank you again for providing this workout. it was just right for today!

    Some of my fave workouts are all standing!!! Yess more more more. I find them way more challenging yet better due to wrist pain 👌👌👌

    I confess I wasn't looking forward to this, but it went by super quick and I am very glad you did 2 rounds of each set- amazing and wonderful!! Keep up the incredible work. I love working out with you.

    Omg I loved this workout!!!! I'm just getting back into my workout groove and this was a great way to start. I almost died maybe 3 times but I can't wait for the next time I try it. I sweated soooooo much

    I loved this workout! I did some yard work earlier today and wanted to workout without getting up and down on the floor.
    This fit the bill perfectly! And I agree, 2 sets was ideal. I probably would have gone lighter if it were 3 sets. Thanks for another fantastic workout!

      Perfect!! Feels good to just know you’re standing the whole time. I always struggle with 2 sets vs 3, time usually prevails and I do 2. But I really like 3!

      Thank you! I do not have a schedule. I tried to start a calendar, but just didnt have time to really get it going. I only have time to post about 2x’s a week.
