Happy Easter Sunday Lisette! And thanks for giving me a good laugh with your response to the tee shirt! You cracked me up! We smoke Boston Butts (cut from the top of the shoulder on a hog) and rub them with our own special seasoning here at Pungo Boys BBQ. Then after 16 hours in the pit we pull the meat by hand to serve either on a sandwich or a platter. I wasn’t sure if you would like the shirt & almost didn’t send it. I hope you enjoy my friend Jennifer’s book as much as I do! Thank You So Much for the shout out about Pungo Prairie TH-cam! Here’s to wishing you continued Huge success for “One Woman’s Wilderness”! Lisette you brought my memory back to when I was kid - I loved it when the crust was hard enough to slide on. It made me smile to have a vision that far back in my memory. Great snap shot of Brite red coals ! I won a first place ribbon photography, I placed huge dried pine cone in the center of alike bed of coals . It's so pretty as it burns & turns to neon red coals it's self . So pretty to watch .

Yep ! Definitely plan an 8'wide x 12' long lay-on roof ,for Infront of that door wall. A small 4pitch gable lay-on would elleviate that snow shed issue Infront of the door wall.

@@One.woman.wilderness If I was there, (shoveling snow Constantly) my Common walk ways in and out , would be covered. You can handle it Lisette ! build all the trusses by laying out one ,On the ground and copy it . Then make rustistic post and beam framing..
