The maple sap had stop flowing due to high freezing temperatures but it will start flowing again once the above freezing temps get here.

I have the same mandoline and it works great. Make sure you use the guard though as my pinky finger is a tiny bit shorter from not doing so and being in a hurry. Krazy glue was the emergency room fix:)
I have a coffee cup that says either I LOVE YOU or just LOVE…in 30 different languages including braille..red cup..still in the box..saw it at my local coffee shop…and it’s always a nice sentiment.

I cooked moose this evenimg for supper just liked you did on gas stove and ate it i had it marinating 24 hours in garlic vinegar red wine and salt and pepper in will have to try it like you did moose stroganoff !
