Community Care Works - Natosha

Natosha Smith knows first hand what it is like to suddenly find yourself houseless. After being scammed out of her housing, she found the purpose and community she was searching for on Skid Row. Being homeless is not a crime and we need to stop spending money putting people into jail, and use those resources for the services and programs that we know work.
