I think a good video idea could be going over the possibly high ranking O'driscals.. There's 4 names they throw out through out the story. Declan, Fat Tommy, Seamus and paul... Kerian says Fat Tommy and Declan were at Sadie's cabin, so Declan was probly killed there and Fat Tommy is the man Sadie kills. Seamus is mentioned as dead when Arthur is kidnapped, and someone at six points cabin was being treated like the boss so I think the guy kerian killed was Seamus. And paul is mentioned to be the guy on the roof with the eye patch during Colms hanging.
When you meet Guido Martelli in Red Dead Online, the police chief comes with a criminal and treats Martelli with high respect, so he probably was on the Mafias payroll during the Epilogue.
With Annesburg, you forgot that in the mission where cornwall is killed, we learn that he owns a majority of the annesburg mining buisness, and has been working employees past the supposedly legal limit of hours
What about Van Horn? It's apparently a trading post, not a town, but it has a saloon and if a place has a saloon, general store (except Wallace Station) or gunsmith I would consider it a town. Also Lagras is actually considered to be a town as far as I know.
Mayor Timmons has a lootable letter on him that hints more about who he is, you can also converse with the host at the welcome center to know more. It’s said the two are gay lovers.
Check pinned comment for the Blackwater part, and van horn was kind of covered in The Fences. It’s just that in terms of corruption there’s not much. Just the fact that most people carry guns and will defend themselves.
