    I'm even more convinced now that you can fly. You just glide through the air.. So very impressive!

    Appreciate you saying that and thank you for your support :) Try and jump up and stay on axis. If you tilt back or forward or push off with too much energy from one foot it will be difficult to land in balance, Hope that helps and good luck :)

    No problem. I started when i was 15. I trained every other day and practiced everything all round. I focused a lot on my weaknesses and made them my strengths. I was really bad at static stretching but had a knack for dynamic moves. Must be the twitch fibers. I'm sure he will do great if he works hard. Good luck with his training :)

  • @GingerNinjaTrickster
    @GingerNinjaTrickster  11 ปีที่แล้ว

    That's great! Keep up the hard work :) I'm 24. Martial arts for nealy 9 years and tricking just over 4 years. Yes there is, your body needs to rest and recover at points and if you keep working through instead, you increase your risks of getting injured. I literally have no diet, I eat anything but am educating myself more on this subject lately :) Very rarely now as I do a lot of plyometrics when I trick so I get a workout from that. I appreciate you saying that. Thank you and good luck :)

    Whatever you take a liking into and feel comfortable trying. The only thing i would make sure is that you can do the basic version before you build up into the advanced versions. ie, you can do a spinning hook kick to a good standard before attempting the jump spinning hook kick. As for height, i recently posted up a leg control drill and i have stretching tutorials that will also help. I believe it's called a Hwoarang Triple or a triple side kick. Good luck :)

    Thank you and i'm glad they work for you :) Mine click sometimes too but i don't get any pain so i don't think it's a problem at the moment. We must remember that nothing in life is free, everything we do is wear and tear on our body. I just like to abuse it while i can lol

    Try and do a physical warm up before them so you increase blood flow and have less chance of pulling a muscle but 10 on each leg is enough in my opinion :) I find that too. I rarely do static stretching anymore and it's maintained from them. Not too sure about the popping, i don't get that but i hope that it's not a problem. Good luck :)

    Train and build yourself up little by little. Lower the reps/time and gradually increase it :) By never starting something and not working at it, you will never progress and one day it will be more difficult or too late so get started and don't make excuses my friend. Good luck :)
