This was the best handspring tutorial ive seen so far!!! Thank you so much!

I watched this tutorial and literally learned to do the back handspring within 10 minutes.the crooked backflip really does work if u don't have a spotter. I was able to do it without the round off but it does help a lot. Thanks GNT
My record is 9 back handsprings in a row... but that was like 20 years ago when I was a competitive gymnast. Your video makes me want to be able to do them again :)
The basic things you need to learn backhandspring 1.Confidence and determination(most important matter) 2.Bridge(flexible spine) 3.Handstand(strong hands and shoulder)
Sir I like to say Thank you for letting me Looking at backspring tutorial I listen very carefully I finally know how I waited 2 years I didn't even practice I just did it like that this year.
I couldn't comment in the other video of yours, but man you are great at explaining things :) thank you very much for all your tutorials, now I'm gonna work on them
hi im 11 years old and I'm in cheer tumble 2 which is a back handspring class this video is amazing about how to do your back handspring correctly really really good video thumbs up for me
thank you for all the hard work you put in making these videos, I've been in TKD for years and am starting to learn tricking! It's always been a dream to be able to do these things and you're helping me get there! Cheers from Northwest Martial Arts academy in ND, USA!
Thanks man I knew something was wrong with my back handspring and it's because I was trying to go more up and not back so now I'm gonna go work on that
you are awesome... i just started tricking (at age 30 :-S) and i think i already learned a lot from your videos... biggest problem (especially in my age i think) is to overcome my fear... but i keep going...
Till Yesterday it was like the most difficult move.. But once i did it correct. It was like soo easy.. *Sit Back And Jump later* and it will happen automatically.. believe me.. from months i was giving the jump the priority which is not the case.
So glad you made this tutorial. I just got the front handspring so now w I am going to learn this! Could you make a tutorial on the sideflip by the way?
Thank you for this tutorial. I learned how to do this one night I got drunk. Now I'm just scarred to do it since its been years since I've done one. Lol
hi ginger , I am Brazilian and my dream is to live in the United States and al train with you . I admire their techniques and hope that one day I can have the same level of skill you have , you is my inspiration bro. PS: I am 14 years old hahaha
Do you have any vids on going straight back? I have trouble doing so, i keep going over my right side no matter what, i know its probably a mental thing but anything to help that?
Ooh nice Thanks for this vid.It helped me improve my back handspring skills,it really did.The only thing that annoys me a lot is when my wrists are often in pain right after practicing this.
it's awesome as usual :) ! this is cryzy , as in England i't well explain :p in France this is not the case thx GNT , i m going to try this evening at gymnastic ;)
Thank you so much this helped me a lot soo thank you I do this sort of stuff on my own and I don't have spotter or instructor soo it's a little harder but this helped so thanks 😀
i have always wanted to learn to do this. When I was 15 I had a track coach who was no longer my coach but was visiting me an my running track friend. We practiced back handsprings and it was really fun.But since then I have never tried.I do yoga and run still and am in half decent physical shape. Do you think adults in their 30's 40's and 50's should try things like back handsprings and such?I'd like to see more places for people to do gymnastics, body weight exercises, yoga, parkour and other body oriented things.I think this stuff is fun, psychologically freeing and is good exercise. It just is not really as common or accessible as tennis courts, basketball courts or ball fields, or average gyms.
A good progression for getting over the fear of the backhandspring is simply doing a mucaco( one handed baackhandspring) until you are able to fully go over your head.
Hi Ginger Ninja Trickster! I really enjoy your videos and tutorials - they're so hype! I've been attempting the back handspring, and I keep doing it sideways. I just can't seem to improve the angle. Do you have any tips? Also, just wondering, where do you teach Taekwondo?
Ollie Ng I appreciate you saying that. Thank you :) Look at something in front of you as you go back. It should help you stop turning if you focus enough. Good luck :)
If there's something i learnt from this, it's about FORM FORM FORM. I would have liked to learn this moves and others but the risk is great. I don't have much room at hoom nor do I have a spotter nor do you get mats that easily. But I'm trying the low risk moves that don't involve flips.
Sir I did this but most of the times my head hits the ground too after my hands they get bent.. Any advice? ( I can take my bodyweight on my hands I do handstands and Front springs )
Im hoping to improve my back flicks. I keep leading with one shoulder/turning my head all the time and cant keep them in a straight line. Its fustrating. But I might try and do some conditioning training to improve my shoulder and back flexibility to see if it helps with co-ordination.
And yet again over all the people with backhand spring tutorails.... you are the one whos givin me courage to do it my friend!
xXAwSoMeHaCkZzXx I appreciate you saying that. Thank you and good luck :)
the perfection !! in your all moves......and even in your tutorials.....thank you sir.
