I didn't. I ran 2 gallons of water through before use
@@trackpalmer I reached out to the manufacturer for clarification, and if I could use vinegar instead of the bleach. Their response - see the manual 🤔

Thank you! I did that, but now the pump wont work. But if i unplug it from the fridge, the pump work. What’s the name of the seal?Because mine keep leaking, so I glued it but it doesnt pump
Does it shut off once it fills the icemaker? I only have an icemaker, and it ran for a few minutes when i first turned it on and then shut off.
It only turns on when water is needed or being dispensed
What about the automatic ON & OFF switch in the fridge?
The fridge used in the video doesn’t have that switch
