    That's pretty amazing. 14+ psi of boost. Now 20 psi on 93...whew that's cool when most cars are 5-8 psi on 93. Please keep us updated on the car. Nice job.

      The Redeye comes stock with 14.5 or so pounds of boost from the factory. And it can be run on 91 that way, technically.
      We have 93 here in South Florida, so that’s our premium. We gained right at 6 PSI with the mods. I was expecting 3-4 lbs to be honest.

      @@floridahighperformance I didn't know they were that high stock. Makes them even cooler...more boost more fun for sure..

      @thereissomecoolstuff that is what makes a red eye different from a normal hellcat basically. Regular hellcats are like 11-12 maybe. Once they're modified they're the same thing.

    For ported supercharger it seems (from my reading/watching) that the gains come from changing pulley for more boost, more fuel from larger injectors.
    Did you increase redline also?
    Were there any tuning issues or was everything dialed in perfectly the first time around?
    What is the turn around on an install such as this?

      Porting the IHI blower alone will net 1-2 psi of boost, all else being the same, on avg. Pulley swap adds even more, depending on size. On 93 only, you can't go too crazy on 93...so we went easy on this one. Injectors were upgraded to provide the fueling we need with increase in boost. Tuning went well...no issues, owner still drives it to this day. This job takes a week or so...

    Goodness, 834 wheel IS a lot! Would you reckon it’ll hit a wheelie on the strip given the numbers?

      It needs that much power to compete with 650-700 rwhp camaros and mustangs lol. They're heavy as shit.

    Don't understand all that mods and only got 834 hp....know a charger redeye that made 800.1hp and 841tq with no mods on a hub dyno...base number was 726hp

      Who knows. This one baselined on a dynojet 690…left with 834. Not sure where the confusion is…

    "simple bolt ons..." just an fyi those bolt on are well over 10k. kooks long tubes and exhaust is over 6k. joker porting is 3k minimum depending on what you buy, could go as high as 6k. pulley and tune(unlocked pcm)3k . injectors 1k. your simple bolt ons could buy you another used car.

      @floridahighperformance  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Regardless of cost, they’re still bolt ons lol…and simple to install….yes performance mods cost money- that part is true…

      brown eye is a butt whole. who wants to fill up a methanol tank all the time and have to worry about leaks or any other issue with a standalone liquid that if it fails will detonate your 20k engine. Also a good meth system will cost you more than injectors
