I would get speeding tickets if I owned that thing, at least until my insurance rates went up, then the speed would go down. No ring, no Autobahn near me. Just traffic cops and speed limit signs.

I have a Durango hellcat and a 1000 whp evo 9 and I can honestly say I love driving the Durango daily and it can tow 8700lbs so it’s great for towing boats and a camp trailer as well! Super fun vehicle.
They are also dangerous on the street lol, in the northeast there’s a few turbo durangos casually running low-mid 3 second 60-130 mph times lol, and the trackhawks there race for like 20K

New 180°F lower temp thermostat would be great and they also have a factory option to transfer the A/C to the supercharger to cool it down in the SRT Menu
@@djkjthe3rd185bmw's usually have an oil temp gauge instead of coolant temp like most cars. Oil temps get hotter than coolant temps which is why the gauge reads hotter.
The thing with SRT gauges is they work in real time unlike regular cars where it goes up little by little increments so yes you will see a difference in the gauges going up and down in any SRT vehicle.

Even relatively low-roof SUVs such as Macan have terrible trouble with high position of gravity center, thus Porsche's system that locks one of front wheels and avoids rollover by sending the car into frontal collision.

Misha you gotta try out a Challenger Hellcat Demon or Redeye - or better yet a Demon 170 with over 1000hp from the factory... Usual Hellcats are not designed for Track-usage. I got a normal Hellcat, the biggest weakpoints are Cooling & Weight. But you can improve that with few mods
Durangos handle way better than you'd think lol. I have an '01 SLT with the wider factory tires (265s) and independent double wishbone suspension up front, and besides the body roll it's surprisingly stable in the corners even at speed. Obviously its still an old SUV but it's genuinely fun to drive lol
I just got back from Poland and let me tell you, I felt like there's more Durango's in Poland than I see in the States lol, not sure what is so special about it
I think it depends on where in the US you are. When I was home in the midwest Durangos were EVERYWHERE with nearly every police and Sherriffs department also using them and the general public. I see them far less where I am in the South East.
Slam this thing on coil overs , add strut bars and stiffen the dampening and this thing will be a track SUV weapon. Also bigger intercooler, radiator, and an oil cooler as well

I've driven quite a few Durango SRT's (non Hellcat) and I adore them. Too bad they are going get harder and harder to get your hands on in the future. One of the only SUV's I'm truly a "fan" of. More proof that Dodge has lost their way with what we're being given in the future. I used to do donuts/cyclones in the bottom lot when I worked at Hertz BWI. Why anyone ever bought a Suburban/Tahoe, or an Explorer/Expedition or anything else instead of a modern Durango beats me. Well, if you ignore reliability concerns it beats me anyway lol.

Next time you are overheating turn on the heater. It draws heat away from the engine and cools it faster.

I've driven quite a few Durango SRT's (non Hellcat) and I adore them. Too bad they are going get harder and harder to get your hands on in the future. One of the only SUV's I'm truly a "fan" of. More proof that Dodge has lost their way with what we're being given in the future.
I used to do donuts/cyclones in the bottom lot when I worked at Hertz BWI. Why anyone ever bought a Suburban/Tahoe, or an Explorer/Expedition or anything else instead of a modern Durango beats me. Well, if you ignore reliability concerns it beats me anyway lol.

these things and trackhawks are common where I live. Absolute monsters of a suv. very menacing too
This was fun to watch. He should really take it into a shop to get the thermostat checked, it doesn't look like it's opening. Common issue I've had on cars and motorcycles. Cheap fix and prolongs the life of the engine.
Nah thermostat is fine, these things run hot normally but if the owner upgraded horsepower without upgrading the cooling system that'll do it
