Once you get used to a Tesla, you won't wanna go back. There is a bit of a learning curve though 2-4 weeks. Having to turn on and off an ICE car seems weird to me now.
FYI: The small tailgate cover houses two red pull tabs/hooks for opening the tailgate in case of power loss/emergency. Also there is a sub-trunk in the bed (which locks when the tailgate is closed) and has a drain plug at the bottom (ice chest).
I took delivery of my refreshed M3 LR and I absolutely love this car. First EV. Puts a smile on my face every time I get inside. I love the acceleration it's ridiculously fast and it's not even the performance. Minimalism and tech are awesome. Only getting Tesla now on.
So the way that you would use an electric vehicle on a road trip is very different than a regular gasoline car. The reason being is when you go to a supercharger and charge you are ideally wanting to only charge between 10% and 80% state of charge don’t go any higher than 80% because you’re gonna be wasting your time. The car charges the absolute fastest from 10 to 80% An interesting fact is that it actually takes longer to charge from 80% to 100% then it does from 10 to 80% so the goal on a road trip would be to charge from 10 to 80% and then continue on with the trip to the next charger or your destination, whichever comes first
It really is not an issue on road trips to charge because usually you need to stop and use the restroom and get something to eat. By the time you get back the Tesla is ready for the next leg of trip. Non concern
You mentioned the keycard. You don't need that if you have the app on your phone. BTW, the app is great, no need to lock, unlock the doors etc. Was in my friend's new Audi - talk about overkill with buttons, switches, complicated to put in park or reverse, the polar opposite of my Tesla. The Audi, even though new, looks dated by comparison.
She seems pretty negative on the Cybertruck...LOL Keep the truck, find a happier gf! LOL Just kidding. Sounds like you need more time with the Cybertruck to familiarize yourself with all that it can do. The music can play on the outside too. Have fun!

Yes turning on and off should be eliminated! Makes much more sense in todays worlds
If your commute is long, getting the extended-range battery would be the way to go. Cybertruck is very cool.
Great idea, thanks for watching

Oh good to know! Thanks for the insight.
I love the cyber trucks think they are so awesome! They stand out and look sleek and futuristic! 😎🤩🤩

Interesting, good to know. Thanks for watching
There is so much more to the Cybertruck than meets the eye. It is awesome.
Yea it’s quite impressive! Thanks for watching

That’s a fair point, yes sir.
Nicely balanced vid! 👏🏿
Thanks for watching!

Yes sir, everything looks outdated compared to the cybertruck
Have you tried any of the DC to DC converters for the radar detector? Those should work. Or get a 110v adapter that has a 12v output
I haven’t yet. I like that 110 to 12V idea.
@@TwoWheelTurban48 to 12 is dc to dc so that should be a bit better than ac to dc efficiency.
Unfinished also hit the heart 😭
Haha yes sir
First eeek
Yes sir!
beautiful girl
You clearly haven t looked at Tesla s charging network in a while! xD
Yes sir I haven’t, maybe I’ll make a shirt video showing what it’s like supercharging the cybertruck
Looks like it was designed by a 5 year old.
That’s what sets it apart… for better or worse
Just get a usb cigarette lighter socket adapter
Yea I’m going to see if they Have something like that
Lucky sob taking your girl to prom in a cybertruck. Hope yall had fun
Haha, man it’s been 6 years since I had my prom. I drove a 6 speed manual miata to prom! Arguably more fun to drive.
I love the minimalism of Tesla
It is great once you get used to it

Yea! We tried the music outside but I was hoping it would be louder. Still a cool feature
@@TwoWheelTurban It gives you the option of increasing the volume before you confirm the light show. It's way better at full volume.
Oh I’ll have to try that next time, thanks for letting me know.
Nobody cares
Cared enough to comment and watch, thanks for the view
