Thanks Brian, I just pulled off the door and and replaced it with a new door and have the door hitting the fender so the door does not open, I cant get to the bolts to adjust the door cause the door is closed. Thought I would remove the fender but now that I know there is that 10mm in the door jam I am unsure how to fix my problem
What I would try is loosen the 2 bolts on top of the fender near the hood hinge and the bolt on the bottom of the fender and try pulling it out a little bit the 10mm bolt in behind the door is on a small tab so it might bend a little and give you the clearance you need to open it! Also find something plastic like a molding tool and try and pry it gently to give you room so it doesn’t catch and damage the fender while you open the door. Also the fender is mounted on the core support with 4 10mm bolts that might loosen it up enough to pull the top of the fender out moving it away from the door. Check the door hinges to make sure they aren’t loose adjust your door body lines to the body then re adjust the fender. Hope this helps you!

Anybody know the size and spec of the bolt behind the door opening? the previous owner removed it.

You probably need to adjust the door hinges. I hung my doors with straps around the top of the windows so it would be easier to move them.
