A hose quit on me today and I figured while im down there i might as well replace the rusty radi support. It’s only rusted on one side but yeah. Thank you for making this video. Not nearly as bad as I thought it would be.
I change the Raiders support in my truck 95 F150 believe me it's not a easy job and I have some issues with my frame cracking and my steering wheel is upside down I still got it tore apart I got to do some welding thank you for your video
Great video my friend !, have you checked the cab mounts just behind the seats? I have to fab some and wondering if yours were bad what you did,, I will be ordering a core support for my 96 soon,, !
@@Bearbait01 check out Fitzees fabrication this guy shows you how to make metal parts that are not commercially available. He is a metal wizard and he does this with basic tools
@@botoepfer8588 yeah I'm sure it'll be no big deal I just haven't gotten to it yet. I took a welding class in high-school so im sure I can get it done 🤣
Man, quick question. I’ve had 2 of these trucks forever and neither came with that long rod clipped to the top of the support. What is it for? I have the clips on my trucks but not the L shaped rod. 🤔 thank you and great video!!
It's your hood prop. To hold the hood up. These trucks have very strong hood springs so you usually don't need it so that's probably why you've never missed it, or even thought about it. But it's a hood prop lol.
@@Bearbait01 thanks man! So many things I’ve seen my trucks are missing. It’s good to see yours still has it there! And yes, my hinges can even hold the weight of my modified hood with a cowl. Thank you for the clarification
I hope you make enough off this TH-cam video to buy yourself a rechargeable electric ratchet and impact driver. You are working too hard you deserve it!
walking out the door to replace mine now after watching your video thanks much same me a lot of time

thank you. Im about to do this myself
Check your neutral safety switch. That might be the reason it won't start in park
That was my first thought but I thought only manual transmissions had those? Not sure.
Its probably your ignition switch mine had the same problem
It is your neutral safety switch on the transmission.

The long rod on my 1995 F-150 core support pops off and is the factory wrench for the tire jack. I
@@TwoArtistsOH I guess it could be used for that aswell lol. That's probably the right answer.
Gonna neeneed to do this soon
Rightty tightty, leftty losesy.
Check your neutral safety switch. Both auto and manual had them and tended to be a problem for Broncos.

I have a Mac tools air impact but I only use it for big stuff. I really don't mind using hand tools lol.
We're did you buy the radiator support?
Amazon (which I don't like to use but damn are they convenient)
LMAOOO THE NEST
Thankfully there was only angry boy in it
The reason you broke the bolt is because you was tightening
You may be right lol
