The previous Rambo figure was pretty good in its own right. However, this one is even better. Sylvester Stallone's likeness is 100% accurate. The head sculpt looks so real, all the way down to the skin texture and various shades of paint. The eyes have a nice sheen. The hair has been sculpted really well. The facial hair looks great. I love the musculature and vein work that were done to the arms. The outfit has been stitched and tailored to perfection. The denim jeans look like actual denim jeans. I also like the boots as well. The figure comes included with a good amount of accessories. The inclusion of the matchsticks is a much appreciated touch. I love the display stand with the wrapped around cobra and cobra head. The box art is absolutely stunning. The overall sculpt, paint application and details are top notch. This figure is an absolute masterpiece and masterclass in craftsmanship and design. A lot of love and care went into making this piece and it clearly shows in the final product. Amazing work by everyone that was involved! I have a feeling that the strap, weapon holsters and boots are made out of actual leather. Thanks, once again, Dean! I really appreciate the hard work! Keep it up! God bless and stay safe!
Looks incredible…Stallone is the man…sucks seeing legendary men like him and Clint Eastwood get old, but Stallone will probably be still doing push-ups at 100yrs old
Folks would say their favorite Stallone movie is Rocky, or Rambo…but for me, Cobra is my all time favorite Stallone movie! And I absolutely must add this to my collection! Thanks for sharing!!

Thankyou for such an in depth review, it really satisfied my need to know about this figure. Such an iconic movie and one that's never really had much memorabilia available for it, until now. Love the detail of the figure itself and the attention the accessories have been given, it means so much to a collector that they care enough to bother. I'm not 100% on the head sculpt but not quite sure why, I'll study it more later to see if I can put my finger on it, but this is definitely a piece that deserves space in any Cobra fans collection. Forgive my asking, but in terms of posing, how is this figure? If I wanted to recreate his iconic 'gun drawn' pose bursting out the meat locker at the start of the movie, will it allow it? His build seems a bit stocky to pull this off but I'm curious. Thank you for the review!
Im pretty sure what he means by updated head sculpt is that the 2 review copies and the original photograph copy had a different head sculpt then what was released to the public. After the review a lot of people complained about the head sculpt so they changed it before the main release of the figure. I could be wrong.
I wonder if they’ll be re-releasing the first blood figure with the updated sculpt or selling them separately. I missed out so I’d kind of prefer the former over the latter. At any rate this figure is a great addition to any collection. Great video Dean! 👍😎
The sculpt is great, what's not that great is the painting. RF, a customer, painted the HS himself and it does make a huge difference PS: I think I'll send the HS to an artist to fulfill its potential

There is a reason why the belt buckle is off to the side, not only is it used in the movie for accuracy buy in real life as well.

@FallofSeraphs Yes, the head I reviewed originally was an early prototype. They updated the paint job after feedback.
He should have came with the knife & there is a x-rated version for violence version of Cobra that never saw the light of day which is a shame!
If this is still available later on i might bite. Missed out on rambo so might have to not miss out on this guy to.
