Well there is always something you can't control. If you kept trying you'd eventually need categories for people who are "naturally stronger" or "naturally weaker".

well funny you mention that. As they put transgender people (people born as men and mentally they class themselves as women) in the women's class. As men are generally stronger even though they are on the same weight class as women.
