@@bigbattenberg there was a mistake in the title when the video released, the title was something like "lesman paredes dominant performance". Lesman Paredes is a 96kg male lifter

I see some athletes holding their start positions perfectly then raising the butt or rotating the shoulders or bending the elbows right before initiating the lift. It is difficult to keep tension on the key muscle groups when this is done. Moreno of Columbia was guilty of this on her snatch attempts.

I watched a meet recently where the lifter lost control of the weight and ran off the platform and right to the edge of the stage and dropped the barbell on the head of the middle judge, killing him instantly.

The -76 class lifted heavier than the -89 class. The highest total in the -76 class was 261 kg.

Ну элита более легких категорий зачастую не сильно уступает середнякам более тяжелых, а иногда и обгоняет )
