What a dramatic session. Of course, Parades outshined everyone, but there were so many heroic attempts here. Athletes struggling with obvious injuries or the altitude and still coming out and giving it everything they had.

The announcer stated in Spanish that there was an error in the weight change and it was being corrected. It refers to the Egyptian athlete that was passed over by mistake. That is why the bar went down in weight to correct order of appearance by the athlete with his initial weight.

It means that the bar must go overhead in one smooth motion. Once the lifters feet has touched the ground the elbows should be locked out.

I appreciate the rule but it seems that there’s too much anatomical diversity in the athletes to judge it fairly.

17:40 the thai athlete breathed it into each nostril THEN got some extra into his mouth - i live in thailand, and those are available in many 'flavors' at the 7-11 etc, and they're kind of menthol etc, similar smell to Tiger Balm, but each type has extra scent accents.
