I always learn so much from your videos! I have fine, thin, straight hair. I loved perms of the 80’s. I found having a perm I didn’t need to use heat from dryers or styling tools for my hair. This actually made my hair healthier!
Wow, such detailed advice - thanks Amy! While we're on the subject, I think you'd look absolutely amazing if you did a perm in your hair! A piggyback perm on grey and light pink rods using a Quantum Ultra Firm exothermic perm would give you stunning strong defined curls that would also give nice volume to your hair! You have the face shape and cheek bones that curls like this would suit and compliment perfectly! Would love to see you do the makeover video on yourself!
Oh thank you! I actually had many perms over the years. With longer hair, I’ve had blonde and even though you can’t see it… it’s still there…. So I’ll have to wait on the perm. But thanks so much for the suggestion!
How do you like it? If you find your color faded…. Many perms can handle a demi Color immediately following a perm. You can check with your stylist. Glad to hear no bleach 😉
