Yes Sir I was at a Daytona 500 party about 40 of us I stood up I felt this chill feeling come over me I told everyone at the party Dale is gone! I left party went home and then I heard what I already knew he was gone I cried for days! GodBless Dale Earnhardt

Dale Jr, you are so lucky to have such a great group of friends that were your Dad’s friends too and can tell you stories of theirs and that’s very cool, but it must be hard too. I was watching the race that day and when I saw Kenny Schroeder yelling for the rescue team to hurry I knew it wasn’t good! Everyone that watched it got that same feeling in their stomachs!
Everyone responded to Dale's death i did feel like i lost something when he died emotionally and we seen the way Ken reaction i seen Ken a couple years after Dale death he still gets emotional
I watched the race with a friend and we had to tow a car after the race so we weren’t around a radio. Around five in the afternoon we heard and couldn’t believe it.
I had a bad feeling when they showed Dale and Teresa kiss before he got into the car. Then before the cars even stopped sliding I knew it was fatal. I even told my family my thoughts when they happened.
If we as race fans have a choice between the way Dale went out and the way Force is going out one wreck at a time I’ll take Dale’s way. Force should retire but I think he wants to go out driving.
Dale I love listening to you talk to other drivers and friends but I need to ask you one favor it has to do with the other driver on the 43 car I need to get ahold of him if it's possible for you to tell him to let me know I will give you my phone number I will give you my address whatever it takes I just need to get ahold of him that's Eric Jones

I knew when I saw Ken Schrader's face.
I thought it was bad just seeing Kenny's reaction. I knew he was dead when I saw them still doing CPR going from the ambulance into the hospital.
