    Very inspiring work and it looks as though this is something that’s going to give you a lot of enjoyment - I like everything about it. I’m currently engaged in the initial steps of a foam core project with a less lofty goal but all the same a bit of an investment in time and money. So many decisions to make related to the choice of materials. Thank you so much for sharing your experience.

    How much does that marine mat cost?

    • @SchwindOutdoors
      @SchwindOutdoors  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It depends on how many sheets are used and if you get any special add on's or logos. Mine should require 2 sheets and I'm expecting it to cost around $400.

    Those push pole holders came out really nice!
    Did you add the extra wood to the transom for added support you talked about?

    • @SchwindOutdoors
      @SchwindOutdoors  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you! I really appreciate that. You know, I've decided against permanently adding the board to the transom. However, I am going to cut a board that will fit there and just throw it up when I'm mounting the motor. That way I can easily replace it when it gets damaged.

      @@SchwindOutdoors as long as you treat it the same as the boat it should last you a very long time. Can't wait to see the next update!
