Good vid, I like seeing how everything is put together in different cars. For the issue with the bolts backing out of your diff what I do is mark all the bolts on the car with viz torque/anti tamper stuff so I can just look at everything in between sessions and see if anything moved really easily.

does anyone use a v4 engine? It looks like it would fit. Also if you have not already look into spit throttles or at least power(fuel and/or ignition)cut to cylinder 1 and 2 for better part throttle power delivery.

I have not seen anyone using a V4 engine, as long as it is a motorcycle engine at no more than 1000cc it is allowed. On trick fuel and ignition trims or other we do use as you see Motec ECU and have tons of options like that. For example I have two injectors per cylinder (one in the throttle bodies and one 6-7” above the throttle body blades). I have different injector timing because of delay based on length. This allows for some extra power and fuel savings. A fun topic, the F1000 running in FA class allows a lot of freedom for such ideas. Cheers

@@NixonMotorsports you should look into how world super bike use their motec systems to improve traction on their 1000cc engines. Your engine has Ti rods because wsbk will not let you change your rods therefor a true homologation special. The new fireblade features split throttle on the 2024 even though it is banned is wsbk. Most if not all the teams in British and world use motec so motec is the way to go with these 1000s. Personally i think the ducati v4 and honda i4 are the best power wise and bmw is very close with some clever tech (shift cam) for better mid range. I would love to know why you chose 4 into 1 headers instead of tri y. have you tested both? I know all super bikes and nascar use tri y and f1 used to use 4 into 1 as well as formula atlantic. I know 4 into is more compact which explains f1 since they alpine was recently running unequal length. If you can try to talk to the super bike guys since they will have proper factory cnc porting programs which you might be able to get your hands on. A ducati v4 would suit the ferrari livery very well.
