Early 2010s were so good 😭 I don't remember a ton about what was going on in the 2000s because I was really young and didn't have much connection to the outside world/didn't use the internet. But man, the 2010s were so fun, especially pre-2017ish. I feel like things started to shift from that point, and the golden age of TH-cam had ended.
I was born in 1999, so I grew up mostly in the 2000s but came to age in the 2010s. Everything about this video is yes, but the 2000s was also equally as nostalgic to me although I wish I remembered more... Anyone remember when iPod touches became big and so the app market was absolutely saturated with pointless apps. Like the zippo lighter, the beer cup that you could "drink" by turning it upside down, the razor, pimple popper, etc. I remember being a kiddo during recess watching my friends play with these and I wanted one soooooooo bad. But I finally joined the mobile craze during the 2010s so this was perfectly nostalgic...anyone remember head soccer? That shit was so fun.

To me this was really the best time to be a kid. The remnants of the 2000s were still around, your imagination could run wild, and at the same time technology was starting to truly take over. I often think back to these days as life was so much simpler but at the same time I’m excited to see what the future holds for all of us.

I miss these memories. I was born in 2009. I didn't understand too much about it but I remember coming to the world and starting my life and my parents got me an first generation IPad on Eid for me to watch nursery rhymes and play baby games. Some kids were so happy back then, when I was just a baby. I remebered i loved elementary school, I loved reading Diary of a Wimpy Kid, the internet becoming better, having a amazing first decade of my childhood, going outside everyday and watching a lot of youtube. I was in 2nd grade 2015. I was always playing Black Ops 2 and thought MLG memes were so cool. 3rd grade was always Diplo and Alan Walker. Then when 4th grade hit, everyone was showing off their Bluetooth fidget spinners. 5th grade, the end of the 2010s was so just dogshit.

2012-2014 was the best times of my life as someone born in 2007. I enjoyed the Amazing Spider-Man films, the Amazing World of Gumball, watching Power Rangers on Vortexx and Nickelodeon, Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal on Vortexx, and then my uncle Chris’s PlayStation 2. Playing Guitar Hero and Gran Turismo was the shit.

And yes, if you were wondering, i did play fortnite back in the day. I've been on that journey since i started playing. To see what that game has become over the last 6 1/2 years make me just wonder, what the hell happened here?

Born in the dawn of 06. I have some memories of 08 and 09, very few though. The 2010s were quite fun. I remember the old mobile games from 2010 I used to play on my iPod touch, the old TH-cam videos, and some of the music, I was more a classic music fan and still am today. I remember Indie Rock was quite big still however losing out to Pop. I was more into Indie Rock and honestly as time has gone on, I'm just getting more into the era. Overall, I vastly prefer 2000s music to 2010s music. In 2012, I got my iPad and I absolutely loved it. Using it, I discovered the Wii U, and watched some TH-cam videos I am nostalgic for even today.

Great video I actually enjoyed this video. I grew up for most of the 2010s as someone born in 2004 I grew up with about 90% of this stuff. I did have a Wii growing up and a 3DS. But I also had the original DS had an Xbox 360 played outside hung out with friends and even had a nostalgic school experience read Diary of a Wimpy Kid and even watched the movies based off those books. I also don't remember silly bandz because at my school we did not had them and where I lived those things did not exist because of reasons like that. I did play Wii sports at one point back in 2019 maybe but besides that I played Animal Crossing City Folk Mario Kart Wii and many other games including Animal Crossing New Leaf. But I did enjoy the video Burdie made and basiclly it described mostly my childhood which made me happy by the way.
I will always miss 2010-2015, those years were the best. TH-cam wasn’t filled with brainrot, and instead had stuff like Thomas Sanders vine compilations, and mobile games were pretty good. The best part was the video games. I remember playing Minecraft with my dad and older brother on the Xbox 360, and playing games on the Wii with my family. Trading Pokémon cards was cool, everybody had a fidget spinner, DanTDM did mod reviews, and everything was perfect.

I relate to a good bit of this being born in September of 2006 and the late 2000’s and early 2010’s were lit, but I have to thank all the family members that are still alive and the ones that are unfortunately no longer with us, such as my great-grandmother, who passed away in October 2022 at the age of 91. When I see clips from Regular Show around the internet I remember her house where she turned it on the first channels she thought would appeal to a 5-year-old, would ask if I wanted a Coke or a sweet tea, and overall took care of me when my parents were working and I had no school. Since I am turning 18 this year, I have come to learn that our childhood experiences were made possible by the adults in our life.

For myself a 2010 kid, well born in 2010 it was a good time to be alive well at least until 2019 I remember reruns of all the shows he talked about but honestly I loved teen titans go but some episodes where garbage but pretty much he summed it up if anybody here is under the age of 11 you just did not experience a lot of this stuff.
My family has never had normal board games like monopoly. Instead we had sticks which I still love to play to this day. It’s a card game where you grab a stick from the bucket and what the stick says determines what cards you have to get. Every player starts with 15 cards and on each turn you can drop a card in the community pile and pick up one from the stack or the pile. Or, if the pile has multiple cards you need, you can take the entire stack. Once you complete your objective of getting all the cards you need, you lay them out on the table and reveal your stick. After that, you get a new objective where you have to remove all your cards. To do this, you give them to other players as a way to help them complete their stick. After that round, if you’ve completed a stick you get a new one or if you haven’t completed it, you try again. Once the game is over, whoever has the most sticks wins. It’s such a fun game and honestly I feel it’s better than most board games.
And plus your mad that you’re not the biggest fan of birdie. So, you go around saying “GeT OfF mY BlOcK” to other comments because you never got to experience got to the 2010s unlike anyone else.

As someone born in 2010, this is somewhat nostalgic somehow (my next door neighbor let me play wii sports on his wii, my family has No David books, my family bought me and my sister a 2ds and later got a new 3ds xl and a new 2ds xl and had a few original ds games).
I remember the 10s. I had the worst time ever and spent most of my days being hella depressed, getting bullied, getting put into homes, being bullied at home, throwing hands with classmates, getting even more bullied. Group homes are the worst thing to ever be invented. I know being disabled is hard, but being disabled and hating people is even more hard. Especially when the group home makes you hate people even more. And I also became an adult in that time. And I got really into anime and still needed to learn how to seperate fiction from reality. I can do that now and also learned how much babysitting sucks. God, I hated my housemates so much. At least the videogames were good in the 10s and TH-cam didn't suck until much later. But I do not miss the bullying. I just wanted to play Pokemon and not be sad.

2012-2014 was the best times of my life as someone born in 2007. I enjoyed the Amazing Spider-Man films, the Amazing World of Gumball, watching Power Rangers on Vortexx and Nickelodeon, Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal on Vortexx, and then my uncle Chris’s PlayStation 2. Playing Guitar Hero and Gran Turismo was the shit.

As someone born in '07, a decade like the 2010s will probably never happen again unfortunately. I got a 3ds back in 2012, and i got my first console (PS4) for my 11th birthday in 2018. And yes, if you were wondering, i did play fortnite back in the day. I've been on that journey since i started playing. To see what that game has become over the last 6 1/2 years make me just wonder, what the hell happened here?

I grew up during ALL 2010’s, this was an amazing decade. I knew every song on the radio, the popular snacks were revolutionary, the games were top tier, and school was actually fun. And there were no words like ‘rizz’ ‘period’ ‘no cap’

My favorite childhood show back then was WordGirl (the one about an awkward and loyal girl who has to spend her life as two people, a superhero who fights evil and a girl who has a family and friends). Back then, when I would come home from school, I would get a bag of Scooby Doo gummies that I had in a pantry in my house and have it while doing homework

Back in the early 00's, between 2000-2005, what you call "silly bands", we called here in NZ jelly bands, everyone had them. the neighbourhood teenage girls got me some (i was like 5 a year old boy lol) and always wore them lmao its cool to see things reemerge in popularity.

Born in the dawn of 06. I have some memories of 08 and 09, very few though. The 2010s were quite fun. I remember the old mobile games from 2010 I used to play on my iPod touch, the old TH-cam videos, and some of the music, I was more a classic music fan and still am today. I remember Indie Rock was quite big still however losing out to Pop. I was more into Indie Rock and honestly as time has gone on, I'm just getting more into the era. Overall, I vastly prefer 2000s music to 2010s music.
In 2012, I got my iPad and I absolutely loved it. Using it, I discovered the Wii U, and watched some TH-cam videos I am nostalgic for even today.

Great video I actually enjoyed this video. I grew up for most of the 2010s as someone born in 2004 I grew up with about 90% of this stuff. I did have a Wii growing up and a 3DS. But I also had the original DS had an Xbox 360 played outside hung out with friends and even had a nostalgic school experience read Diary of a Wimpy Kid and even watched the movies based off those books. I also don't remember silly bandz because at my school we did not had them and where I lived those things did not exist because of reasons like that. I did play Wii sports at one point back in 2019 maybe but besides that I played Animal Crossing City Folk Mario Kart Wii and many other games including Animal Crossing New Leaf. But I did enjoy the video Burdie made and basiclly it described mostly my childhood which made me happy by the way.
I will always miss 2010-2015, those years were the best. TH-cam wasn’t filled with brainrot, and instead had stuff like Thomas Sanders vine compilations, and mobile games were pretty good. The best part was the video games. I remember playing Minecraft with my dad and older brother on the Xbox 360, and playing games on the Wii with my family. Trading Pokémon cards was cool, everybody had a fidget spinner, DanTDM did mod reviews, and everything was perfect.

I relate to a good bit of this being born in September of 2006 and the late 2000’s and early 2010’s were lit, but I have to thank all the family members that are still alive and the ones that are unfortunately no longer with us, such as my great-grandmother, who passed away in October 2022 at the age of 91. When I see clips from Regular Show around the internet I remember her house where she turned it on the first channels she thought would appeal to a 5-year-old, would ask if I wanted a Coke or a sweet tea, and overall took care of me when my parents were working and I had no school. Since I am turning 18 this year, I have come to learn that our childhood experiences were made possible by the adults in our life.

For myself a 2010 kid, well born in 2010 it was a good time to be alive well at least until 2019 I remember reruns of all the shows he talked about but honestly I loved teen titans go but some episodes where garbage but pretty much he summed it up if anybody here is under the age of 11 you just did not experience a lot of this stuff.
My family has never had normal board games like monopoly. Instead we had sticks which I still love to play to this day. It’s a card game where you grab a stick from the bucket and what the stick says determines what cards you have to get. Every player starts with 15 cards and on each turn you can drop a card in the community pile and pick up one from the stack or the pile. Or, if the pile has multiple cards you need, you can take the entire stack. Once you complete your objective of getting all the cards you need, you lay them out on the table and reveal your stick. After that, you get a new objective where you have to remove all your cards. To do this, you give them to other players as a way to help them complete their stick. After that round, if you’ve completed a stick you get a new one or if you haven’t completed it, you try again. Once the game is over, whoever has the most sticks wins. It’s such a fun game and honestly I feel it’s better than most board games.

As someone born in 2010, this is somewhat nostalgic somehow (my next door neighbor let me play wii sports on his wii, my family has No David books, my family bought me and my sister a 2ds and later got a new 3ds xl and a new 2ds xl and had a few original ds games).
I remember the 10s. I had the worst time ever and spent most of my days being hella depressed, getting bullied, getting put into homes, being bullied at home, throwing hands with classmates, getting even more bullied. Group homes are the worst thing to ever be invented. I know being disabled is hard, but being disabled and hating people is even more hard. Especially when the group home makes you hate people even more. And I also became an adult in that time. And I got really into anime and still needed to learn how to seperate fiction from reality. I can do that now and also learned how much babysitting sucks. God, I hated my housemates so much. At least the videogames were good in the 10s and TH-cam didn't suck until much later. But I do not miss the bullying. I just wanted to play Pokemon and not be sad.
