So now the Ford GT has been built and finished its time to give it a bit of a blast and see how this awesome body looks on the move!

Hello Jonas thank you, it was a super hard body to do the decals on and it took forever , but it looked awesome. Doesn’t so much now as I moved it in to a member at my club and he races it. Cheers for watching and take care

Hi Mark cheers for commenting, it had been growing on me for a while and then I took the plunge and went for it , it’s a very well moulded body with nice crisp lines , if you do a reasonable job on it you get rewarded. Thanks for the awesome comment fella means alot

Great Video Andy , I have just picked the bodyshell up and thought it’s quite involving checking the instructions/ decals ... then I saw this video today and I’m shocked how well you and the wife did with the body it looks Awesome!!! I know your not a fan of decals but you have done such a great job I’d be well happy. Keep the videos coming 👍🏻👍🏻

Hi Adam , thank you cheers for the comment . I very nearly went a different way when painting and doing the decals, but I decided to stick with it and persevere , it turned out not to bad in the end ;)

I love they body sticker work its relaxing i got mine today i will paint it with bright blue metallic i will probaly get a mild sensored motor and bearings
Hi Robert, cheers for messaging. I like the spray painting , don’t mind sone decal work but not a massive fan of it. Bearings a definite yes ;) car will run fine will a mild brushless motor , sensored is best if you can :) enjoy and have fun

by far the best looking body from tamiya, i havent gotten to stick my decals on yet, looks like a nightmare for my clumsy fat fingers haha. great job bud!

Ha ha I know what you mean regarding the chassis but it will fit on the TA07 etc so that would be cool to see it in that, but when you buy a kit like that your buying it for the body I think
You did a nice job Andy , it’s hard to understand how hard the decals are to do unless you’ve done one . Some of the street cars can be very time consuming and difficult.
Hello Eric, hope your well. Yes I agree I usually do buggy’s or put the decals where I fancy , but when you take on something like this it’s a different level of skill , I easily spent 2/3 times more on the shell than the build. Many thanks again
Great looking body and you did an awesome job on the decals. How many TT-02 variants are there now!?!? Would be interested to know how much difference the body makes when the car is used on the track. Cheers Andy

No no my wife’s totally not into the hobby at all , but she’s very good and helps me when it comes to the body shell and decals , I have problems with my arms and hands, there not very steady
Here's to you, Mrs. Robinson (sing it). All jokes aside Andy, Awesome video, sometimes it's a team effort (anyone who follows you knows your wife helps) I'll just leave it at that. Again AWESOME JOB MATE!!!!! ah yes, chassis builds can be fast but its the bodies (shells) that take the longest to do, almost as bad as editing videos, LOL. Anyway, Cracking Job Man, Spot on!!

That has to be brushed, it's as slow as mine and sounds like it's brushed too lol, gotta get myself a brushless kit
Ha ha yeah just had a torque tuned in it , but I wasn’t keeping it so I didn’t see the point of upgrading it.

It was just the radio gear I had spare I use 40mhz and 2.4g just depends what’s free at the time
