I'm a total car guy, and a 20 year welder, I love your shop, and what you guys do there, dream job. Every car and the quality job you boy's do puts a mile wide smile on my face. It's God's work to hear the free flowing V8 music. Thank's, and have a wonderful day!
I have 97 LS handling package. I did factory cats and h-pipe, muffler delete and resonator delete. Factory size pipe going into oval tips. The tips are a nice clean look with the smooth bumper
None of these people have even taken off the second set of cats with a aftermarket muffler system. That really wakes up the sound without having the check engine light go on.
I own a 2011 CVPI SAP. This is the best worlds when it comes to Crown Vics. I love it. There is something about these newer Grand Marquis though. In all reality the this is the best Panther.
I've fallen in love with my muffler delete to a simple dump tip keeping it single pipe. If I ever change it'll no doubt be single or dual dump before rear axle
I ended up with a rear cat delete, Dr. Gas X pipe, and flowmaster super HP2 mufflers on my 02 Grand Marquis. Nice and quiet under 2000 rpm for long highway drives but 102 decibels at wide open throttle.
i have done single straight pipe on a 92 crown Victoria . i drive now a 93 grand marquis with duel exhaust i put on no mufflers. the y pipe came off a police car. i live in new york and they have passed a law on the books since 1950 no modifications to exhaust that can not be changed from factory or to be made louder .
My 2003 Grand Marquis had a Y pipe single exhaust and because of this video I did dual exhaust using 2.5" x-pipe and 2.5" exhaust pipes using Flowmasters.
I own an 04 and have owned multiple panther body’s. One with straight headers. One no mufflers with true duals. They can sound good with the right set up. Especially with long tube headers.
Loved the sound of the vibrant resonators setup. Would really like to hear what one would sound like with factory muffler but no rear cats. Looking for a good inexpensive growl without the drone.
I have a 99 and hit a huge puddle and I think it cracked a exhaust manifold or maybe someone tried cutting my cats and my malinios scared them but im loud as hell with fumes but sound mostly like these. Number 4 and 5 for sure. Not sure how I had this video suggusted to me maybe my phones listening to me sending ads or something but cool video. I gotta inspect what's leaking
I got an ‘05 with factory cats, replaced the Y-pipe with a factory H-pipe. Tailpipes with NO resonators…with 2” Magnaflow Glass Pack mufflers! He’s right. They DON’T take away the sound!
I have a 2011 CVPI, flowmaster flow fx with H pipe, exits to the side behind rear tires.. 1” sway bars front and rear, Eibach adjustable springs, QA1 adjustable shocks lowered 1.5”, billet aluminum rear control arms and watts link. TR-3650 5 speed manual trans. Still has spot lights and push bar.
Flow Master Flow FX sound just a tad better to me than the last straight exhaust out the side but.. depending on the added cost it maybe better to just do it like the last white grand marquis you showed. Both sound great. The others not so much
What’s the most mild setup you’ve heard on the 4.6? I’m thinking of doing something on my town car but I only really want like a half step louder than stock
My dad bought one and when the guy pulled up in the driveway he hit a stump and the front suspension collapsed it was hilarious at also had glass packs
Got a 2007 Grand Marquis. Completely stock. What's it cost to put a decent sounding true dual exhaust on it? Have to keep all the converters to pass emissions.
They all sound nice. The only one that had the factory H-pipe put on was #5. That gives it a nice sound too, but also helps with flow (scavenging). X-pipes flow the most though!
This dude could send your grandma down the road feeling good about her new Palm Beach destroyer. Grandpa gonna get sus wondering what his little freak n the bench seat be doin while he's țhumbin through the wall street journal
Gotta do Rear Cat deletes, 2.5" piping with a True dual setup obviously with a X-Pipe and straight out to 4" tips, That's the best sound youll ever hear out of these cars.
Is there a reason you don't bend your own tail pipes on t&ese cars I just do them 2 pce. Just up and bend back down behind the axle then start the next half there like 2 more bends ..I figure time maybe or just don't Wana mess w bending them ..but cool finds I show my customers your vids so they know what's gana sound like lol
4:20 how could u not rip it out of there? especially if u came all the way from indiana and got a nice sounding exhaust done😂its wet asl i wouldve slid all the way down the road
Flowmaster flow fx and glass pack sounded best because of the deeper sound to it than straight pipes
I agree

Appreciate the kind words
I like how each clip got progressively louder
Panther Platform 🇺🇸
Glass packs sound like an old school hot rod. I love it
Or a motorcycle 😂

Best cars ever made in history
Buick 3800 is better lol
None of these people have even taken off the second set of cats with a aftermarket muffler system. That really wakes up the sound without having the check engine light go on.
#5 my favorite. Clean looks original but a sleeper, plus not loud enough to draw attention 💪🏿
Never seen the dash in those cars, they look really cool but no rpms would bother me
My 01 Grand Marquis has that Digital Dash, and my speedometer likes to go to 0 while I’m driving. Probably old wiring.
You'll get used to it, my 99 has the regular dash and I like it i rather have a voltage gauge and oil pressure gauge instead of rpms
Mine got rpms
@@birbornot666 which year do you have
@@Kazoku_ls4xx yours is definitely clean
So hard to choose between the flow fx and glass packs. Both sound amazing, Car sounds like it’s really breathing well

Okay I changed my mind. That straight pipe deal is where it’s at 😍😍😍😍
I deleted the mufflers on 2 of my early 90s town cars and loved it. quite while cruising and snapped good and sounds good under acceleration.
Them straight pipes. Can’t beat it on a v8
Lol...most entertaining exhaust shop out right now..love it
Glad you enjoy it!
@@exhaustaddicts where yall located?
Nashville I believe @@6gendj584

I love the sound of the white one
#2 was my favorite. Would love to have my towncar with that setup!
#1 is perfect out the side I love that
I like the 2nd one which is #4 for sound but the last one #1 looked nicest out the sides
My 2003 Grand Marquis had a Y pipe single exhaust and because of this video I did dual exhaust using 2.5" x-pipe and 2.5" exhaust pipes using Flowmasters.
High flow cats, x-pipe, catback of your choice and it gets rid of all that clap. Definitely headers if you can afford them and a tune
The tips out WAY TO DAMN FAR ON THAT GREEN CAR that looks country AF
Love the spirit in the shop. Might have to take a drive
You should!
I own an 04 and have owned multiple panther body’s. One with straight headers. One no mufflers with true duals. They can sound good with the right set up. Especially with long tube headers.
The white 07 sounds good
Wow those vibrant resonators sound really clean and mean.
I had a 95, 2 03s, and a 04 marquis my first car was a 87 ford ltd crown vic

94 crown first gen now thats a real beauty

Tailpipes with NO resonators…with 2” Magnaflow Glass Pack mufflers!
He’s right. They DON’T take away the sound!
On my 2011 CVPI I did a rear cat delete with Flowmaster outlaws. I highly recommend!
I had a 2000 marquis with a muffler delete dumped at the axle sounded awesome
Did a glass pack on my 00 f150 with the same engine. Sounds freaking amazing!
#4 Sounds good as well as #2.
2:20 Muffler Delete with Resonators
4:14 Flowmaster Flow FX
7:05 AP Glass Packs
10:25 Vibrant Resonators
13:10 Straight Pipes
Never been a fan of Flowmaster, but that one sounded best IMO. Would like these on my Town Car.
#4 what kind of rims are those? Thinking of picking those up for mine
All of them brought more of a deeper sound to the Grand Marquis, but #1 was my fav. What type of exhaust is that one?
Could I take off the second cats on each side without having a check engine light? Have you done this?
I love the sound of the straight pipes. What size tubing is used?
I really love your vids.
But, please, the S is silent in Marquis.
Grand Mar-key
Thank u.
id try to dump it before the axle those bends have to rob a lil power but i still think #2 sounded the best
Fucyea WOOOFF WOOOFF WOOOFF, gotta 07 GS... I WANT DAT MAN !!!! THANKYOU FOR SHARING GUYS...

@@exhaustaddicts thank you! 🙏
Glass packs for the win
Grandma 👵🏻 Keys always sound good
What exhaust tips where on the flowmaster one?
My dad bought one and when the guy pulled up in the driveway he hit a stump and the front suspension collapsed it was hilarious at also had glass packs
Can you do a top 5 of the 99-04 mustang gt please
Cool and informative. Interested in different Panther exhaust sounds.
How much is #1 setup typically? I have a 96 and i want this setup
Got a 2007 Grand Marquis. Completely stock. What's it cost to put a decent sounding true dual exhaust on it? Have to keep all the converters to pass emissions.
Love that camo Sonoma
I got a 2007 MGM Gs, and Im going with # 1 on mines in a few weeks
How hard would it be to put short tubed headers on a grand marquis with true duals
They all sound nice. The only one that had the factory H-pipe put on was #5.
That gives it a nice sound too, but also helps with flow (scavenging).
X-pipes flow the most though!
What size flow FX?
You get stopped withh straight pipe ???
Flow master fx for the win.
Horsepower gain?
How much getting it done in the the number 2 video
How much would it be to do duals all the way back with glass packs, pipes will have to be made from cats back
How do these mods affect the mpg?
Very little except you punch it to hear the engine more often, so your mileage suffers.
Good job on making a comparison video, keep them coming
I love this car 😢💔
That would sound gd on my 96. Beast mode initiated.
I got a 2005 grand marquis wanna put something similar like #1
I would love the #4 on mine.
Sounds good. Not too loud.
This dude could send your grandma down the road feeling good about her new Palm Beach destroyer. Grandpa gonna get sus wondering what his little freak n the bench seat be doin while he's țhumbin through the wall street journal
What’s the price to get cat delete flowmaster on 95 crown Vic LX with 4.6
Vibrant is the route. Or SLP loudmouth. Crackles even more on E85
Funny how the the captions say "music" when they rev it. Lol!
Gotta do Rear Cat deletes, 2.5" piping with a True dual setup obviously with a X-Pipe and straight out to 4" tips, That's the best sound youll ever hear out of these cars.
Man that car is spotless underneath! What is the mileage?
Where are you’ll located. Might need some exhaust done on my 1970 c-10 ls swapped

#4 my favorite ❤
How come the 'check engine' light is on in most of these cars??
Pipes out the side will give u a different sound from pipes out the rear just with a muffler delete itself
The green marquis owner has every orange light in the dash on but he worried about his exhaust sounding good 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Probably some dumb teenager judgin by the tRoO DoOl
I thought the same thing
Bro needs to get his priorities straight
Why you paying attention to the dummy light
You have to cut the cats and resanators on a grand marquis for sound
They should do the cougars there also v8
4:20 how could u not rip it out of there? especially if u came all the way from indiana and got a nice sounding exhaust done😂its wet asl i wouldve slid all the way down the road
Hey where u guys located
Im in Tennessee to what part are you located

The dash looks like a simple military dash or off road jeep instead of a "luxury cruiser"
Should of put FlowMaster original 40 series on the marquis
