I know when I get all tied up with anxiety and anger, it’s a miserable feeling plus myself, I feel guilty about the simplest thing I was high anxiety frustrated about. When I stay away from simple carbohydrates for like a week, I notice the anxiety dissipates.
Judge Dorow and Sue Hopper have been extremely professional knowing how serious this case was toward the victims. I salute them. Ms.Hopper and Judge Dorow look and sound rested.

There was no ruling because she and Brooks didn't have a copy of the motion filed by Brooks at sentencing,or right after. It's procedural, not special for Brooks himself. So, she's covered herself and the state with the state showing up in zoom so NONE of this can help him with any appeal. He was bound in wheelchair yesterday because he refused to comply. He will now be transferred to Dodge, a corrections prison, immediately. He's on his way to prison!!🕺💃🕺💃🕺💃👍👍👏👏HAPPY DANCE!!
I think yesterday was a different county so in transport those procedures were tighter chains and he can’t walk with them on so it’s easier to transport through the building in a w/c
@workingonmyroar You ate correct, but I don't remember where I heard, and it was more than one place, that he did not comply and that's why he was strapped. He has been in the same courthouse before in chains, walking, this was there first time in that county courthouse that he was wheeled in strapped to a wheelchair. Those chains do look heavy, I noticed that when I saw hin walking in to court and around that they looked like they were heavy for him to carry around.

It is protocol for the fact he just got life sentence. This is always done just in case. We had weekly meetings to determine if the protocol was still needed. Though to be honest that inmate would already have been transferred to DOC. I worked 25 years before retirement in a county jail, that is why I know this.

They were going to address a motion brooks filed but they couldn't find the paperwork. Brooks filed a motion to stay pending appeal. Basically means he's asking to be set free or stay in county jail, instead of going to prison, until the appeal is completed.

He has been in the same courthouse before in chains, walking, this was there first time in that county courthouse that he was wheeled in strapped to a wheelchair. Those chains do look heavy, I noticed that when I saw hin walking in to court and around that they looked like they were heavy for him to carry around.
@@workingonmyroar7944 The judge yesterday mentioned it the beginning of the hearing that he was giving transport a hard time and he had to be brought in that way 15 minutes late for the hearing.
I’m I’m surprised he didn’t ask to be sent to the other courtroom.
It is protocol for the fact he just got life sentence. This is always done just in case. We had weekly meetings to determine if the protocol was still needed. Though to be honest that inmate would already have been transferred to DOC. I worked 25 years before retirement in a county jail, that is why I know this.

They were going to address a motion brooks filed but they couldn't find the paperwork. Brooks filed a motion to stay pending appeal. Basically means he's asking to be set free or stay in county jail, instead of going to prison, until the appeal is completed.

I have a lot of respect for the judge and for Sue Opper and her team during the trial and the sentencing. Darrell Brooks acted like a fool during the trial and the sentencing and he didn’t even care about nobody but himself. He deserves to be in prison and that where he belongs. He makes excuses.
